  I'm beyond pleased with the service TDR Mortgage has provided me with. I was having a difficult time refinancing with other mortgage brokers. Teresa and her team are experts on what they do and were able to assist me with great success. Teresa and Josselin went above and beyond on helping me.   I have been in the real estate Industry since the mid-1980s. I have done all aspects of real estate, and have worked with several different lenders. Teresa and her team at TDR mortgage Was a breath of fresh air to work with! TDR did 3 refinance loans at one time for us. Josselin, the agent I worked with, was the a epitome of professionalism.! She made sure to keep me updated how the progress was going, made sure all documents were submitted on time and closed the loans when she said she would close them. No games, no excuses, just a pleasant experience. I would recommend TDR Mortgage for all your home loan needs.

  This is an honest review! I've been a full time Realtor for 19+ years and TDR Mortgage (Teresa Tims) represented the Buyer which was NOT my client and I represented the Seller in this transaction. I must say I was very impressed by her creative communication, integrity and professionalism! Teresa put out multiple (fires) hang ups from a contingent transaction on other loan officers to close ours! That is hardworking & productive!!!   My husband and I got an original home loan with the help of TDR a few years ago. They were very clear with all the process of financing. They explained all the questions we had. We were able to afford to buy our house although we didn’t have much savings. Then, we also recently refinanced our home loan with TDR. We got a great rate and we didn’t have to put in much effort except for some paperwork. Teresa and all the staff are very knowledgeable and professional. Their work was very reliable. Consequently, if there is anyone looking for a reliable and professional mortgage company, I strongly recommend TDR.

  I just had the pleasure of working with Teresa Tims and her staff. I highly recommend Teresa! In this seller’s market, it is important to have a lender who is experienced, presents a great pre-qualification packet, helps the client throughout the transaction and gets the loan approved and funded early. I have never seen a lender work harder for the buyer. Our mutual client, Sean really appreciated her diligence and follow through. Thank you Teresa!

  Loved working with Teresa Josselin and Coral. The TDR team is so great about explaining the loan process especially as a first time home buyer. Numbers and forms can be super stressful but with their guidance and patience I felt taken care of and in good hands. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in search of a mortgage loan.

  It was an absolute pleasure dealing with TDR Mortgage of Teresa and her team. Other than being on the ball with the transaction, they always kept us posted on where the file was and the progress of the loan. Never needed to chase them as they were always on top of it.   Teresa Tims and her team are simply amazing!! Julia keep me posted every step of the way assuring that they would deliver on their promise of a 3 week closing . Coral added in the personal touch and crossed all the t's As a listing agent you must make the right choose in advising your client on which offer can deliver of their promise.
