  The staff was consistently rude and treated me like a number. The manager cared more about upselling that addressing concerns. Fees are higher than other local bank alternatives. My wife and I will be working with different bank for our banking and real estate needs.

  I banked with this branch for nearly a decade and they have always been extremely competent. The staff here is fast, friendly, kind, knowledgable and welcoming. They set up my business checking account in 45 minutes during my one-hour lunch break. I highly recommend this branch.

  Super friendly and accommodating! After having trouble getting the People's United Bank across the street to assist me and my son with notarizing something (even though I have a safety deposit box at that bank), my son said, "Let's just go to TD bank across the street, they always help me out when I'm at school." We did and the teller there was friendly, fast and accommodating - in spite of fact I don't have any accounts there. TD Bank will be my next bank!

  Dear Lisa, I wanted to thank you for your help guiding me through and eventually creating an account for my homeowners association. After the long winter we had this year, we had a lot of damage the insurance company had issued a check, but it was to the homeowners association, for which we had never created and account. After some quick maneuvering to get the paperwork done, we were able to pay the contractors for their work, out of a new account created at TD Bank, thanks to you. It’s hard to maneuver around in today’s financial climate, but your help, patience and understanding definitely made the experience so much easier and we will always be thankful to have you as our local manager of our new bank!   My experience was not very good. Unfortunately, there is nothing TD Bank can do to stop service-charging my deceased step son's account. Not only will they deplete the savings account, but will then proceed to charge his checking account until all funds are gone. Not looking to get anything done but stop the service charges, but they won't since the "account owner" isn't asking them to. Why is it so hard to just do the right thing? Come on, folks.

  Good hours, friendly staff, plus change counter. 4 stars because parking is not the greatest of all but not much they can do about it. Not going to rate a branch location low due to corporate policy that they have no control over like other reviewers. Hope this is actually helpful about this branch!
