  I cannot say enough great things about the loan process with Robin. We recently purchased a house in the middle of a crazy home buying market, with interest rates increasing constantly. Robin was incredible on staying on top of the interest rate hikes and getting us locked in at a rate we could afford. She worked nights and weekends to make sure that our loan paperwork was complete and worked seamlessly with our realtor to make sure we were on top of anything that needed to go to the seller's agent. With her diligence and ability to close escrow in 17 days, we were able to beat out 10 other offers and get into our first home!

  Robin was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish! My wife and I were first time home owners and she made sure to answer every question we had in a timely way. If she didn't know the answer, she was quick to reach out to a colleague and ensure we got the best response. I really appreciated her honesty throughout the process. Loan Depot's online portal also made the process seamless. It was clear what we needed to sign and we would get an update every Friday on the progress. I would highly recommend Robin if you are looking for mortgage!

  We worked with Robin on our first home loan ten years ago. Til this day, I still say that she is by far the ultimate in client/customer experience (and I work in high end customer service). She is attentive, quick to response with thorough explanations and just overall pleasant to work with. Since purchasing our home, we have continued to contact Robin with investment and refi planning and she continues to answer and help. At this point, I want to buy a property just to work with Robin.

  Robin has been great to work with! She helped us secure a loan at a great rate and patiently worked with us through many changes to the loan and closing dates. She guided us through the process step-by-step. She is kind, very professional, and easy to work with. She was quick to respond to all of our questions even after hours.   Robin was absolutely amazing. She helped me refinance my condo last year. The process went so smoothly and in what I felt was record time. I was so impressed that when I sold my condo this year and bought a home I went right back to Robin for this. She is professional, efficient, knowledgeable and kept me informed all through the process. I was impressed at her diligence to get things done, even when she was working at 11 pm her time zone and 5 pm mine. On top of this she is very pleasant and personable.
