  Working with Kevin at the lone Depot was the most enjoyable, pleasant, knowledgeable experience that I could have ever asked for in a loan officer. His ideas ,his tenacity ,his never give up attitude in searching and finding ways to better my family's future we're instrumental in my choice process of what loan company I was to go with.   I refined through loanDepot in the summer of 2020 and have nothing negative to report. The end to end process took a bit longer than a ususal refi process but with so many people taking advantage of low rates at the time, it was to be expected. Still, Judy took such good care of me. I felt informed and secure in the decisions we made together around the refinancing process. Thanks loanDepot and Judy!

  Justin Perry is the best. He really knows his stuff. He is very familiar with all the products out there, whether you are first time buyer, own multiple properties, qualify for a VA loan, etc. He is an absolute pleasure to work with. I have used him exclusively every time I need a mortgage or refinance. He has even helped a friend that I referred to him close on their house while they were living overseas for a year. Unbelievable!
