  Brad was a bright shining light to me. I was a recent widow and scared to death. I needed to refinance my house and he helped me get through it. He explained everything and kept me calm to help me decide on the important decisions that I needed to make to survive. He never pressured me, but just gave me the facts. He was able to get me a much better offer and rate. At the time, I had already been in the process to refinance with another well known loan company, but decided at the ninth hour to switch to loan depot because of how much more they could do for me. Trust Brad. He will do whatever he can to help you. I will never forget his kindness and professionalism. I am happy to say, 2 + years later, I am still in the home I wanted to stay in after my beloved husband's death.

  Brad handled our refinancing for our house in Durham, NH. I expect in todays world, that the technology used to make this process easier would be top notch and I can confirm that the LoanDepot platform made the process of uploading documents a seamless experience. I don't typically write reviews for companies. I believe that doing a great job is the bare minimum that a company should do if they have earned my business. But, I can sincerely say that Brad did an exceptional job in working with me to get my refinance done. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that needs a mortgage or is interested in refinancing their home. It costs nothing to compare him to that "guy you know."
