      I want to share my experience of 11/10/21. I took money out the atm for my hair and left the bank. When I got down the street and reached into my pocket for the money, I saw that it wasn’t there. I felt like I must’ve dropped it when I got the car because I literally walked 20 ft from the bank to my car and would’ve noticed. But something told me to back to the bank and retrace your steps. So I did, and when I went to the teller, a young man with glasses assured and asked these two women Susan and Angie if they had received anything. LONG AND BEHOLD, Susan and Angie had the money that fell out my pocket. A man outside found it and turned it in 🥺. So I’m grateful for them, the teller (I wish I knew his name) and the customer who found it outside. I just thought it was a beautiful act of kindness and great teamwork from the staff so I really appreciate them. 🤗

      Drew a Banking teller at the Bloomfield Ave Montclair NJ Branch as to become more cordial, consistent and aware of his customer's and the community in which he's serving. He seems to be a bit out of touch with all of the above. Please work with this individual teller to become better and much more professional! "I pray he's not profiling" Rev.Murray 🙏🏾✝️☝🏾⛪

      If you have a choice, stay away from TD Bank Montclair. Rude, antagonistic , unprepared, and generally poor business people. Of particular distinction in the horribly rude department is branch manager Susan desanto. This review is submitted by someone with 20 years as an account holder. Also, I have had a mortgage, line of credit, and safe deposit boxes. When loyal, well-integrated customers are treated like an inconvenience…

      Montclair TD Bank should get no stars We were there waiting to open an account and were ahead of someone. When we arrived we were told to sign in and were then ignored The heavyset worker called another customer over before us as they were clearly friends. The worker then lied and said this customer had an appointment that she scheduled online but we were never asked if we did. (We searched online and cant see how we can make an appointment in advance???) This customer signed under us. Wrong! The worker then sarcastically tells us to have a great day when we leave as if our business is totally unimportant. Terrible customer service ! I have had multiple accounts with TD Bank since they opened years ago! I clearly need to rethink where I do my banking. My husband will definitely take his business elsewhere. The management needs to rethink who they are hiring to represent their bank. We wanted to bring our business account here because the bank is less then a mile from our home in Glen Ridge . What a shame such poor quality people are considered acceptable by TD Bank standards Please let us know how an online appt can be made. We are very curious now.

      Was looking at the reviews of TDs near my location to see which one I'd go open a business account with. I decided to go with Montclair even after reading that previous post where it seems the lady overspent her money & then proceeds to claim she had no idea what she signed up for. (YOU might not have read it but don't you sign paperwork?). Can customers easily register themselves for online banking? (YES). I had a good experience it was a little bit of a wait but its completely understandable during this pandemic(everywhere there is pretty much a wait or require appointments). Coming back to open my personal account next

      One of the worst banks I ever did business with I opened a new account with this bank the representative there opens the account never informed me of anything the type account or nothing so my job sends me what was left of my sick days pay TD takes 300 dollars of my money for overdraft fees I was never informed of these fees had money in the account to cover they want to tell me there wasn’t lies I went to the bank on Montclair spoke with a representative named Edward who matter of factly was like it is what it is no help didn’t care I explained thatI was not at fault and struggling because of COVID-19 I asked if I could speak to a supervisor or manager there is neither available she went home there should be a manager or supervisor available at all times when dealing with a customer who has money taken out of her account without her knowledge I wasn’t given a password or username for online banking so I knew nothing they didn’t care took what little I had to try and pay my rent and have to survive on during the COVID I closed my account with this bank and canceled the credit card I have dealt with banks before this was the worst they don’t care about their account holders. Inconsiderate employees, and incompetent way of running a bank. To Mr. Josh Brock personally you should start with minding your business I will have you know I had the money in my account talk what you know not what you think if you think at all and for all I know you probably friends with the representative I complained about I can’t wait until they do it to you.😂😂😂 my account was hacked into so you can’t register online banking easily when there is fraud Boy you sure are smart 😂😂😂and if I am wrong about this bank read the reviews under your review Joke!

      Slowest TD bank I have ever had the dis-pleasure of using. North Arlington is 100x times faster and more staffed. For being directly on Bloomfield Avenue they never seen to have the correct amount of staff working. Another trip. ATM broken for cash deposit. 1 teller working at 3:30 on a Thursday Gigantic line with 2 tellers working. This bank continues to be mismanaged and overall a bad experience.

      I went to the drive thru teller at 3:15pm on a Tuesday. Service is just too slow. I understand good customer service but people do not want to have to stand or wait on any line for 20 to 30 min just to make a deposit.

      We have recently move to Glen Ridge. My wife and i decided to use the same bank which is TD. We signed in to see the customer service to open an account. After waiting a while another lady customer stepped up and signed in under us and the customer service rep greeted her by name. A few minutes later she skipped us and invited her friend to come to her desk skipping us completely. When l complained she said she had made an online appointment which was a lie because there are no online appointment just a sign in paper. We left. Today, I opened my new bank account in another bank on Ridgewood Avenue in Glen Ridge, NJ. You will lose so many customers if you continue in this manner.

      Quanasannah working in the drive thru at this location has the least amount of customer service I have ever saw especially coming from td bank and I have been a customer since this was commerce bank! Absolutely beyond rude, refused to return the money sent over to deposit, I had to call the bank from the drive thru to have a manager come resolve .
