  It may be just this branch but I love Chase. I have been with them on and off for years but now am a customer for life. They are excellent for both personal and business needs and I recommend new customers (my husband included) all the time. I have also recommended existing Chase customers use this branch and they have had great experiences here too.

  The BEST bank to work with for both personal and business needs. Nicole Stoll is absolutely the BEST in the business and there is no one else like her. She is super professional, attentive and caring. Nyisha, Christian, Patrick, Ruth and the rest of her team are all INCREDIBLE as well and make banking with Chase a pleasure!

  Beautiful building with lots of parking. They only have two tellers but a lot of account managers to help with any issues. They have a new high tech automated teller system of some sort that I didn't get to try. Definitely a step up from the antiquated bank that they had a couple blocks away.

  I came in today looking to open a regular chase account, I was assisted by Sean who was extremely fun and kind. Struck up a convo in a matter of seconds which is something that I enjoy. He was helpful and reassuring in every question I had to ask. Unfortunately I live in Jersey City but with my experience with this lovely man made me wanna move out of JC and deal and do future business with this location.. I recommend this location. 10 out of 10

  Terrible customer service. Greeter at the front is a useless position; the woman there this morning could not do anything. The line grew and grew and she was useless. Could not even make change. Very poorly run this morning.

  If u need ATM do not go to this fu*** bank because like me i spen my time to get there​, and they don have ATM even the door don't have cardpass luck!!!!!
