  Vincent was so great throughout our whole house hunting process. House shopping during the pandemic was definitely a bit more challenging since the market was always geared towards the sellers. Thankfully we had a great team that walked us through all of it and made the process as smooth and as quickly as possible. Highly recommend reaching out to Vincent, he was very experienced, caring and had great communication skills throughout our whole process. We will definitely work with him again in the future.

  We had an excellent experience with Vincent and his team for our refinance this year and got a lower rate. We had first used Vincent 7 years ago and continue to recommend him to friends and family. It was very easy to get approved and we closed on the loan very quickly. He is responsive to e-mails, calls, and texts. The software was easy to use for uploading documents.   I thoroughly enjoyed my experience working with Vincent Alvarez and highly suggest him to everyone. He got us THE LOWEST INTEREST RATE that I have heard for recent homebuyers. As a first time homebuyer, I was extremely nervous going in. Vincent always made himself available for my wife and I to call. When we had questions, he provided us with all the possible options. He was also extremely timely with necessary paperwork to give my wife and I plenty of time to complete. Our mortgage closed on time without any issues.
