  If it weren't for banker Sandrene I wouldn't waste my time going to that location. She is the most sweetest, engaging, helpful & knowledgeable person at that branch location. Everybody else seems to be out of touch of what true customer service is!!! The 5 stars are for Sandrene!!!!!!

  worst pnc ever... I watched them attend for white people fast and efficiently, one of them even withdrew 4000 dollars, but when I went to withdraw 3000 I got asked what the money for and why I needed that amount. my account had more than enough to cover amount. only branch that takes 5 mins with some people but have me waiting 20mins

  Slowest PNC I’ve ever been to.. probably because the bank tellers have 1/2 a brain.. they’re too busy talking about lunch and eating again instead of helping their clients.. rude and probably should chill with the bacon egg and cheese.

  Employees should be educated on how to fill out forms befor required to fill them out with customers.... employee looked at check deposit form as if written in foreign language and the first time she ever saw it... she had to keep asking other employee for help! employee didn't even know that she had to fill it out heraelf and I the customer was unable to do so myself after givi by it to me to fill out a simple deposit transaction shouldn't have taken this long!!!

  the teller decides she wants to be employee of the year now that it’s November and wouldn’t cash my check because my drivers license expires on my birthday and not the end of the month. it’s the new law for a year now. she wouldn’t cash my check and i had an appointment to go to. will be speaking to a manager when they get in on Monday.

  The worst customer services and menager cant believe they don’t cash my check when i have ten times more money in my account than what the check i want to cash it is 👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿
