Brooks Darnell and team were great . Came in for a simple notary request and ended up with great information on loans and mortgages to be a house this year ! Friendly and free water too :) definitely a happy customer !

ALL the staff here, especially Mr Brooks Darnell, have always taken care of my banking needs above and beyond what's needed. If BOA is your banking institution, this is the office I'd recommend for all personal and business needs!

I have visited this location daily for the past 10 years. They normally operate with one teller. This causes long wait times if you need teller assistance. Which is your only option when depositing cash and coins. Problem resolution there is talking to clients like children. Don't ask for an explanation you will become the enemy. I will no longer bank at this location. Hopefully they have better customer service at another location.

I believe it is my duty to share this information with other small business owners in order to prevent something like this from occurring to them. As others have noted, this institution will attempt to sell unnecessary services and devices to small business owners simply to increase their sales and revenue. At the end of the day, the "relationship" they supposedly strive to have with you is secondary to earnings for this organization. If you are a small business owner, I highly suggest going to a smaller institution where you will be treated with respect and honesty. I was persuaded to use a device that I had no need to use in my small business. Once I realized the unhelpful nature of the device (to the point of the device reducing productivity), I decided to request to return the device to this institution. I was slightly outside of the extremely short time frame to return the device due to extenuating circumstances and poor communication by this institution's employees. Although there were extenuating circumstances and exceedingly poor communication by this branch's employee and manager, I am now obligated to stay in a two year contract using a device I did not request, need, or desire simply because I trusted a recommendation that was provided by the employee of this center. Despite multiple attempts to amicably resolve the situation, the manager (Darius) has apparently refused to assist. I hope I can prevent other business owners from being involved in a situation like this.

Absolutely can’t believe that a bank tries to operate with one person handling both the drive-up and in-store stations. I’m watching as these two incompetent supervisors just sit and watch while one person is working. Bank of America, you’re wasting your money on these supervisors, and should have AT LEAST 2 people working at a time. One for drive-up and one for in-store. It’s pathetic that all the reviews before mine are of the same complaint and yet nothing has been done about this. Making the switch to bank somewhere else

How they allow there to only be one teller during 12-1 is beyond me. When asked, they said the other one was at lunch and wouldn't be back until well after 1pm. The line was deep and barely moving! I felt so bad for the lonely guy behind the counter. People run errands at lunch. It seems like a management oversight to reduce the number of tellers during this time. I get that people need to eat, but how it's being done is crushing customer satisfaction. The entire line was grumbling about it. I did give 3 stars because, once you actually get to them, the staff has always been friendly and helpful!

1 teller for the whole bank. 3rd in lind in the drive thru but give up and park and come in. 6 people in line for the same 1 teller, meanwhile 4 other banker who seem to be to busy chating to care for the timely service of there customers. Very very frustrating to myself and others in line.

No matter when you go you have to wait in line. The drive through has 2 lane's but only 1 is ever open. To go inside, you have to wait in line outside if the building for at least 15 minutes. This bank sucks!
