Great customer service from all the tellers here. They are all very respectful, friendly and helpful. My friend and I always feel welcome when we use this bank. The manager Ryan is great, he is very "real" and nonjudgmental of individuals of all different backgrounds. He is knowledgeable and very nice. Very happy with my experience at this bank and location.

Probably the WORST experience I’ve ever had at a TD Bank. I was told to wait outside in the rain (which obviously is okay because of COVID) but then some other person showed up and whoever the greeter was let them walk right ahead of me. I’ve NEVER had issues with the TD in Rochester NH. I guess I won’t bring any service back to the one here in Northwood. 👏👏👏 thank you to the lady at the drive thru at least ❤️

It was my first time opening a checking account, so I went to open one here. I was greeted by the nicest staff and I was able to understand everything they were saying. Great people and great staff. Highly recommend the in at Northwood, NH!
