  Will did a fantastic job with our home inspection. The buying process is stressful enough and it was wonderful to not have to worry about this part at all. He was so thorough and sent the report over same day (the report was very, very detailed with immaculate photos). To top it off, he uses a drone to get great photos of the roof and chimney. I'd highly recommend Will if you need a home inspection.

  Both of our experiences were fantastic with NH Home Inspector. As first-time home buyers, Will was more than happy to explain the issues in detail and help to give realistic solutions to the problems. Scheduling was easy, and they even showed up early for the appointments. Once the inspection was complete, he sent a very detailed report listed by level of priority, which we have used to fix up the house ourselves. Overall, it was a very easy experience.

  We hired Will to do a feasibility study for a renovation loan on a property we had our eyes on. He was incredibly helpful in consulting and writing down our plans and getting the HomeStyle renovation loan approved by the lender. He is also our draw inspector during the renovation and we could not be happier with his advice and help with change orders and draw inspections. Truly appreciate all the help in securing our new home and making sure the renovations stay on track.

  It was a pleasure to work with Will during the home inspection. He was focused on small details and explaining why and how to maintain certain house systems during the inspection. It was really nice to see that he used modern technologies to supplement his tool box such as a drone for roof checks, a FLIR thermal camera to check the radiators, and a radon sensor test (additional cost) for the basement. The report provided was very thorough and also contained pictures of potential issues. I would recommend Will if you need a home inspection.

  I would refer anyone to NH Home Inspector LLC. They scheduled an inspection the day after I called, had a recommendation for septic inspector when mine was unavailable, showed up on time, and were extremely thorough. I worked with Will, and was impressed by the little things he pointed out for future home maintenance. He went beyond an inspection and gave me sound advice for my next 10 years in the home. I'd also like to point out, they use some great technology that I had not seen used by other inspectors (drone for roof photos, thermal imaging, moisture meter) at a very reasonable price. Great experience!

  Will was very professional, did a thorough job and answered all our questions (we had a lot as first time home buyers). He was the bright spot in our otherwise very difficult home buying process, a 10 out of 10. We would definitely use him again and will recommend him to others if asked. His report was very detailed and clear and will be a great resource to us. He was also helpful in pointing out potential hiccups or concerns for the VA Appraisal which was invaluable to us as we were using a VA Loan. His price was reasonable as well!

  We had an excellent experience with Will performing our first time home inspection yesterday. I chose him because he had the most competitive pricing when I was quoting the service out, but beyond that he was professional, thorough, and patient through all of our questions.   Will was fantastic! Extremely quick and responsive to questions and paperwork. Was able to get a home inspection scheduled within 24 hours. VERY thorough inspection report compared to others I've seen. Love how he used a drone to take pictures of the roof and other hard to see areas. Highly recommend. Worth the price.

  Will was very detailed and thorough, and walked us through the entire inspection process. I must have learned 100 new things about the quality/lifespan of building materials and the home mechanical equipment- I am beyond impressed. He caught everything and anything - and very concisely documented every item (with picture references) so that urgent items were clearly distinguished from general repair items. Time can be paramount with home inspections and he was super responsive from scheduling the initial appointment, performing the inspection, generating the report and answering all of our questions afterward. I highly recommend Will and couldn't have asked for a better inspection.

  Called Will for a home inspection on a multifamily home I am purchasing. He is extremely responsive via phone and even text. He took his time looking at everything in the units. He is extremely thorough, extremely knowledgeable, takes tons of photos, and even has an infrared scanner to check for moisture in walls or ceiling and can even see where insulation is missing. He also checks for pests and knows what to look for. He informed me on wood boring beetles, and pointed out mouse oil tracks. He physically got on the roof, checked down chimneys, went up into the spider web filled crawl spaces checking the rafters and insulation, detected a propane gas leak, and performed a radon air test. His report is extremely detailed and lengthy. I am typically a very observant person when checking out homes and he found a lot of issues that I had not even seen. I knew the septic of the home would be an issue and he recommended a great septic company for that inspection. If you end up having to do a 203k renovation loan, he is also a 203k certified consultant. If I need to go that route, I would absolutely use him as my consultant. The price was also very reasonable. I highly recommend NH Home Inspector if you are buying a home and doing an inspection. Great service, pricing and work! -Sarah
