  Two years ago, we worked with our existing bank when selling our home. They made mistakes that almost cost us the closing on our home sale. Their lack of customer service prompted our cancellation of all accounts after being with them for 17+years. We started our banking with NECU at that point and were relieved the minute we walked through their doors. It’s like banking we’ve never experienced. Everyone is welcoming, super helpful and never pushy for new services. They genuinely care about their clients and share info with the best of intentions. They work hard to support you in anything you need. We couldn’t be happier with our decision to switch.

  I worked with Brian Bisson out of the Northwood Branch for our recent auto loan - this will be our 5th auto loan and the team at NECU is just fantastic. Brian was very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend becoming a member if you are not - I have never had an issue with NECU, whereas the other banking "institution" was AWFUL! Sending thanks to Brian and the great staff at NECU!

  Had a great experience at this branch! We didnot have an appointment, I had no idea we needed one, however they allowed us to open an account anyways! Very accommodating, I had newborn with me so I was grateful we didn't have to pack up and come back. Lesa was very patient and understanding about the baby and her needs during our appointment, she was very kind and knowledgeable and efficient. The ladies at the teller counter we very friendly, social and kind. This was an overall great experience! Erica Winde

  I opened a new business account at NECU today with the assistance of Cortney at the Northwood branch. Cortney helped me through the process even though I was missing a document for the LLC business. All was resolved as the new account was opened and also business credit card.
