  We have been customers of NECU for the last 6 years. We have all of our accounts as well as our loans through them. Kristin was able to help us with everything we needed today. Not only is she knowledgeable about what your bank offers, she is definitely a people person. She took the time to understand what we were looking for and made us feel like we were talking to a family member, not someone who was just there to do her job! She is absolutely a great asset to your Rochester Branch team!

  We have been banking with NECU for several years and I have always had a great experience. From the drive through to the customer service, they are top notch for banking. We recently needed to refinance our home and Adam Fortier was instrumental in helping us through the process! I can't say enough for his expertise and guidance through this process. If I could give Adam 6 stars I would! We have several loans through this bank and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to partner with a solid, trustworthy bank.

  Elizabeth is great, friendly and very professional. I went there to open a bank account a few weeks ago and it was such a fast and easy process. I went back with my two kids to open them savings accounts and she eas very patient and friendly with them. Another fast and easy process. Over all a great experience. I am excited to do future banking with Northeast Credit Union!!!

  We recently moved from Michigan and we're looking for a credit union in New Hampshire. Adam was great!!!! Very professional and made the transition painless. Y'all go to the Rochester Northeast credit union and talk to Adam. He's great!!

  I've been going to see Nicole Demarais for years as she's been great to work with!! I have a tricky/ important international wire transfer that needs great attention to detail and she's been awesome with it every time!!! Very knowledgeable, professional and a wonderful personality that's warm and genuine. She also doesn't charge me for the laughs which is always welcomed. Hire more people like her!!!
