Nathan Smith1The most unfriendliest staff I've ever dealt with with a bank. I would not recommend anybody here whatsoever. They've lied to me several times about depositing my in-state check that it would be available come to find out there's a hold on it every time they tell me to deposit it when it will be available. We deposit a lot of money in this bank and we are definitely quitting doing business with this type of people.. Absolutely ridiculous and they don't even deserve one star.

Con San2My employer uses this branch and it's terrible. The slowest bank I have ever had to deal with and it is the same experience every visit. If there is more than 1 car in line at the drive up, you are sure to be waiting 10+ minutes. I also make sure that ALL of the information the tellers need is on the checks being deposited and they still waste time asking questions and often times act like the deposit information isn't even there. It's miserable.

Mr. Richie Rich5Always nice to me. I love this location. My mom started this account for me when I was a child over 20years ago. I have had other account at other banks and closed them, but I will always have this one.

Hog Wash5I banked at T.C.U. on S. Emerson for about 3 years, then sold my home and moved to another state. I was shocked to receive a 1099 form saying I owed $684.00 on my TCU mortgage for the home I'd sold. I called and spoke with JAMES who worked at this branch. He listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions and the issue was resolved in less than an hour. 5 stars.

Diane T1WHEN I SIGNED UP AFTER BEING WITH CHASE FOR MORE THEN 11 YEARS I HAD NO IDEA EVERYONE WITH EARS WOULD KNOW MY FINICAL BUSINESS WHEN DEPOSITING OR WITHDRAWING FUNDS ( I ASKED THE TELLER WHY WOULD I TELL YOU THE DOLLAR AMOUNT OF MY TRANSACTION WHEN THE CAR ON BOTH SIDES AND IN BACK OF ME CAN HEAR US HIS RESPONSE WAS "WELL WHY NOT ") I DON'T BELIEVE THIS COMPANY BELIEVES IN ROBBERY, ALL IT TAKES IS FOR THE CAR NEAR ME OR A PEDESTRIAN (NON MBR) TO BE NEAR THE DRIVE THRU AND OVER HEAR THE TELLER VIA SPEAKER CONFIRM THE DOLLAR AMOUNT OF MY TRANSACTION THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE BEFORE I RISK MY SAFETY I'LL FIND ANOTHER COMPANY WITH BASIC COMMON SENSE WHEN IT COMES TO PEOPLE FIANCES AND PRIVACY......TCU NO NEED TO RESPOND, NO I DON'T NEED A FOLLOW UP CALL YOUR COMPANY POLICY IS FAULTY BOTTOM LINE I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING BACK TO THE DRAWING BOARD ABOUT THE PROCESS ON HOW YOU HANDLE HARD WORKING PEOPLE FIANCES

However, it's important to note that we take member privacy extremely seriously and adhere strictly to the laws governing protected personal/financial information. We also take accuracy very seriously. It is a fairly common practice for financial institutions to verify a transaction amount with the member to ensure it is recorded correctly. The practice is the same whether the member is inside the branch or at the drive-up window. Our staff strives to honor individual requests from our members about their preferences when conducting a transaction. For instance, some members prefer to confirm transaction amounts in writing (such as writing it down in front of the teller or communicating by note sent through the tube in the drive-up) and we are more than happy to honor their request. Again, I am sorry that your recent experience didn't meet your expectations. We will always make ourselves available to you if you should care to discuss this matter further.

Vanessa Freeman1Well when you tell them to cash a check and withdraw an extra amount on top of your check from your account they apparently don’t understand how that works nor can they give you the correct denominations for the cash they do decide to give you. And that’s putting it nicely.
