      Went in to open an account, what a mistake. Manager is so pompous and self-important that he cannot help customers. I got really tired of him talking about what a great banker he is, so I walked out. If he was truly a such great banker I would have opened an account, not left shaking my head.

      Most terrible location , management is inexperienced and snarky I went to cash that i got paid from my hard earned job manager wanted to say its one of those checks i got from online not him saying that i was scamming how rude plus i couldnt even cash my check theough the bank i had to go through chase instead of him doing it , dont waste your time using regions

      Seriously slow there should be at least 2 ppl working. The guys sitting behind desk should get up and help customers or let them know it'll be 20 minutes done with regions my daughter and me will be switching banks. Regions has been going down hill and I've been with them for 16 years. Also there was only one drive thru but noone but me in it. He was only helping the inside.

      Terrible bank. No staff, management changes monthly. Only 1 drive thru ever. And only 1 employee ever. Takes 30mons to an hour to make a deposit. Thia place is the worst bank ever

      This is the worse bank I have ever dealt with. Every time you call they said they will give them a message and they never call back. Didn’t want to give one star but had to so I could comment. And also to all there customers their online fraud protection is awful they don’t want to credit your account. So Happy I’m not a Regions member no longer😡😡😡

      Was at drive up window and lady spoke to me and told me I needed to add my check to my deposit. I repeated I was just cashing my check and withdraw some other money. She left and it was a time tills she returned and asked me how did I want my money. ( I had plenty of time to go to Dentiest before I took my money to bank). Any way I told the lady it was written on the withdrawn slip. She said Oh then left and was gone several long minutes. And finally I got my money and was late for the dentiest. I called regions but never heard anything.

      Regions has a glitch with Zelle and processes payments multiple times that resulted in my account being overdrawn and not have access to any of my funds.I have made multiple calls to the customer service department to be told repeatedlythat there is nothing they can do until the pending transactions drop off tonight at midnight. In the meantime, they offered no solutions, or even a courtesy credit for me to have access to my funds. THIS IS TOTAL BS AND TOMORROW MORNING THE FIRST THING I'M DOING IS CLOSING MY ACCOUNT AND MOVING MY MONEY ELSEWHERE!

      Had 1 person at the register and 5 people inside in line, drive through was wrapped around the building and management sat in their office twiddling their thumbs... absolutely unacceptable

      They tell you to schedule an appt then they wont see you. They ask you to go to the drive through..... go figure! What a joke when your dealing with peoples money

      This office is absolutely fantastic! I can’t even imagine banking anywhere else. This branch has the best looking male bankers in the city.
