  terrible customer service. they removed the drive through so you have to wait at the atm outside, and the machine wasn’t even taking all my money before. i waited for 20 mins inside to talk to banker at a desk so i just got up to leave. ridiculous.

  Complete waste of time using chase as a bank, They care absolutely 0 % and give 0 answers or knowledge of why an action is made 10 day hold on a check that has been deposited for over 2 Years , they do however give you 800 number to call and help you, that does nothing but waste hours on hold for an answer that makes 0 sense and helps you understand nothing, but being bounded around hung up on and left to wonder why your son who needs meds won’t get those cause of a reason you can’t get a good reason , get a hometown bank and forget the big corporate banks .

  I have received exemplary service at this branch both inside and at the drive-through every time I've been here. Today was no exception, so I was amazed to see a 2.6 rating. Strangely, the negative reviews make me love the employees at this branch even more. The reviews show how employees go above and beyond to protect their customer's accounts. Sometimes negativity proves the positive. Thank you for being so cautious in addition to being friendly and helpful.

  I have banked here since 2004 at this location customer service has gone down hill over the years. ATM seldomly works and drive through ATM gone.

  I will never return to this branch. Came in to close my father's account after he passed away. Bank Manager was incredibly rude from the word go...refused to accept my temporary state-issued driver's license because I recently renewed and had not yet received my new card. When my husband explained that we were told it wouldn't be an issue on the phone, she stated: "none of my tellers would have told you that." When we explained that my husband was added to my existing account with a temporary issue ID after he changed his address following our wedding, she stated: "I just don't believe that." When I asked about opening a business account, I was told that wasnt possible because there was no one there to assist me with opening that type of account at 10am on a Wednesday. I've kept an account here for over 20 years. Now, I'm considering moving my business over to another bank. Avoid this branch at all costs. FYI....I made a formal complaint with the district manager. This miserable woman has no business being in customer service.

  Needed to buy some AC parts for cash for the house so my mother wrote a check to cover the parts to fix it. I went to her bank to cash it (Chase) and I waited at the front of the line for half an hour. The woman finally came back and said since I was not a Chase customer they needed to call her to verify she wrote the check. Said she wasn't answering her home phone so they couldn't cash the check. I told them my elderly mother was moving closer and that her home phone was not moved yet. I asked if they would call her work or cell and they said she would physically have to come in to the bank to cash it. To add to it, the snippy teller said, "How would I know it is your mother and why would I care anyway?" As a previous manager at Bank One (now Chase) you never would have talked to a customer that way.

  I cannot too strongly NOT using this branch. The window tellers are nice but the long timers can’t pour water out of a boot with the instructions written on the sole. Go elsewhere. Southport branch is nice

  Came in to have something notarized! One banker available ( don't know how many were hiding) OH wait one came out and said she can't help me because she is not a notary! Still waiting going on an hour... Banker was Snotty..... Seems nothing has changed at the banks except they have gotten worse!!!! And I work in customer service!!!!!

  Hours say they are open 9am to 2pm on Saturdays sitting outside at 9:08 been here since 9 and doors are still locked!

  Terrible customer service. This is from someone who works in customer service. I will not ever be back to this branch, extremely rude employers, and they are not willing to solve anyone's issue unless they making money out of you.
