  Dave and Rebecca were absolutely incredible! They found us an amazing loan with a great interest rate. If it weren't for them we would not have been able to buy, or afford our first home! They fought for my wife and I every step of the way to make sure we got the best rate and got us approved. We could not be more satisfied with the service! Thank you so so much!

  Had a great experience with Dave and Rebecca on a refi for a land purchase. Dave discussed and explained our different options for the purchase. They were responsive and even made last minute closing change when we had to fly out of town for a relative's death. Everything went through and we were able to close on our land earlier than expected. We are looking forward to working with them again as we look for Construction Loans.

  Janie and Rebecca worked tirelessly to get us our construction loan, then during all the pandemic mess, they worked again day and night to not only find us the best rate, but the secure our permanent mortgage. This was no easy task as the rules changed from 2020 to 2021 and the particular rule affected us. Janie let us know not only what the rule change was but their resolution for it...suffice it to say, with all the challenges of 2020, Taylor Mortgage was one of the few bright spots for us, we’d definitely use them again!!!

  We went thrice with Taylor Mortgage for land loan program. Good Land loans are difficult find. After doing everything thrice that they told us to do, they declined us at the last moment especially the day of loan termination day making us nervous as well losing the contracts. They never respond in time especially RB assistant and always collect tons of documents again and again running the credit report at our cost. We realized that they are mortgage brokers not lenders. We have great credit in the high Seven hundred range but they do not disclose any terms or follow-up emails of the progress and you need to be behind them. They made us to payoff car, small debts upto 37k that are below 3% interest rates without any upfront of successful lending. Even after payoffs of all accounts, their decline message in last minute brought us severe disappointed thrice now unlike others where they say yes\no with proper reason. Their failure of not able to reach or provide right files to the lenders lead to us stress, disappointment and termination of contracts. These people seem nice, but very laid back in really communicating and very good to WASTE valuable time and possible of losing good contracts. I don't think they really know what they are doing. It wasted a lot of our time and money. They come back again and again with same issues with no solutions. This made our family go through severe stress and disappointments. We expected yes\no without losing days and weeks so that we can find alternative options but instead there is always bad news in the last minute with the same issue after weeks of wait period. VERY VERY STRESSFUL JOURNEY WITHOUT SUCCESS.

I worked with a different lender before her and had nothing but problems because of their inexperience. When I called Janie she answered every question I had, she is very knowledgeable and the communication I had with her was above my expectation.   We sent them are info to get a mortgage and they was very helpful at first. I'm self employed which makes it difficult to get a loan. So they decide they couldn't help us and stopped all contact with us. A while later, they did a hard pull on are credit and charge us for it. After they knew they couldn't help us. What a bunch of scumbags.

  In less than a three year time period I used Taylor Mortgage Group for my construction loan, converted to permanent loan and then refinanced twice for a better rate.
