      I've done my banking here for over 15 years and I love it! I've never been treated with anything but great customer service by friendly, helpful staff and management. It has a small community friendliness backed by a well established major banking entity.

      Seriously walked in and she goes we have no access to money…..literally a bank. During business hours in the middle of the week. Doesn’t have money! Or have access to money! Is this a joke?

      So what happened to the Elizabeth branch? I work during the week and don't get off until they close. So how am I supposed to do my banking when they are closed when I get off? I may have to change banks because of this bs

      Sat for ten minutes listening to the bankers chat amongst themselves. The manager ignored me when I just needed a slip of paper printed out. Super rude. Riley helped me but everyone else ignored me.
