  When we went to purchase a home, Damon was recommended by several friends and our real estate agent. He was incredibly knowledgeable in the numerous options available to us for financing. He was also very communicative throughout the whole process, locked in an even lower rate before closing, and seamlessly dealt with any paperwork or funding issues that arose.   When we planned on purchasing a new home out of state, we were overwhelmed with options and inquiries for our business. Damon was recommended by our Real Estate Agent, and it worked out perfectly. Damon was fantastic, answered all of our questions and prepared us to be able to quickly react when we finally found the perfect home. He walked us through all kinds of different options and scenarios with our mortgage and got us a better rate and terms than we had hoped for. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and responsive (and we had a LOT of questions..).
