  Taylor Gardner is a solid mortgage loan originator (MLO) professional. I’ve purchased other properties and used other lenders so have past experiences to compare to and can say that I found Taylor to be honest, transparent, easygoing, explains things easily when I don’t understand something, and overall a great person to work with if you’re looking to purchase a primary residence or investment property. Taylor juggled both an FHA primary residence fourplex loan (unheard of!) and a conventional investment loan on another fourplex simultaneously, and got me to closing without a hitch! Don’t hesitate to work with Taylor on your next purchase!

  I absolutely enjoyed working with Taylor from inception to the end. He had my brief professionally attended to and kept his word even though he had just got out of Covid and still weak. We had an alteration to make at the last minute and he literally made sure it was fixed while we waited. Typically, this would have taken a couple of days. He always picks his calls and makes the process painless.
