  My husband and I are both self employed and we were initially intimated about entering the lending process - first home buying experience. Atif and the Adelo team were magnificent. The experience felt personal and supportive. Everyone on the team was engaged, quick, communicative, and helpful.   I cannot recommend Adelo Mortgage enough. My colleague recommended Atif in Jan of this year (she raved about him). My realtor had also heard about Atif from another client (great reputation). As an independent/first time home buyer, Atif instilled confidence, provided different scenarios, and helped me navigate the entire, very daunting process. What I felt was standout is the seamless and efficient process. There is a point person for every phase of the process, and each person keeps you informed, and will answer questions via email/phone/text and ASAP. There were never any concerns, red flags, or stress. I was walked through step by step with a POC within Adelo to pass the baton on to the next. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable, responds diligently, and will keep you informed and briefed for any issue/concern that may arise. I was at ease and had complete trust in the team. I didn't think I could buy in this highly competitive and challenging market, but Atif, Coty, Ross, Jeremy and their extended team made it happen. Thank you!

  Adlo mortgage was very helpful. Bought a house in South Austin and with a very quick time limit/turnaround (30 days) until closing, they were able to get through everything. They were nice and straight forward and helped us understand everything (first time home buyers so had a tone of questions).

  I spoke to a few companies before deciding to work with Adelo. Atif and his team were helpful, reassuring and so easy to work with. Their flexibility, knowledge and warmth was so appreciated and these qualities set them apart from the other companies I spoke with. This was my first home buying experience, and they fielded all of my (many!) questions with detailed email replies and phone conversations. They also kept me abreast of how the process was moving every step of the way from underwriting to closing, even advising on the best dates to lock in the lowest rates possible. I can't speak highly enough about work with Adelo!

  Atif and his team at Adelo Mortgage were great! We brought our first house with help from these guys and the process could not have been smoother. From start to finish they were available to answer any and all of our questions. And we had a lot of them. Buying a house in such an aggressive market like Austin made my wife and I both very nervous but I found the experience to be fairly stressless. Overall could not have made a better choice when choosing a mortgage provider!!!
