  I’m not even sure I should let the world know how freaking amazing Austin was during this purchase transaction because I want to keep him all to myself!!!! I let him know that I needed the loan on Friday, and by Monday it was funded and we closed on Tuesday. Austin you are seriously incredible. Is Austin’s name really Peter Parker or Bruce Wayne?? Is he a Superhero? I think anything is possible here....

  If I could give this company a negative 10 I would. They strung me along week after week after week. At least when they were communicating. It took a week for an answer to even simple questions, via email as he would not call me back or talk on the phone. They kept asking for different things, even though they brag about closing fast, it was 12 weeks before they finally said they would pass on the deal. Even though they took $1,300 for two appraisals (Yes, that's $650 per appraisal) and asked for paperwork that three times they said was "the last thing needed", they still kept delaying. I have weeks worth of emails saying "We should get clear to close tomorrow" and then "tomorrow" would turn into three days and after three days they would ask for one more item. Sometimes things that someone would normally NOT have, and I think they were trying to ask for something i could not produce so they could say "ahhhhh, we needed that and you didn't have it, so we can't do the deal". I surprised them and HAD what they asked for, as I keep paperwork. So, they would say great, say tomorrow they could close, and the process would start again. I decided to call Austin to talk to someone to see if it was just my contact, and left three messages at their corporate number on three consecutive Mondays. Asked for "someone to call me back, as I am having trouble with my representative and wish to talk to someone." Let them know there was a problem but also didn't sound nasty or anything. NO return call from Austin, after three messages. (Last two were for Garrett I was told, as I asked who would be calling me back.) Nope, there are other companies to deal with and this one is NOT one I could recommend!

  Not recommending them at all! Jason is a great salesman but over promising and under delivering is an understatement. I had them refinance my home in CA and did my purchase loan in Texas. They charged two points on each loan! After they made mistake after mistake and then expected me to jump through hoops last minute was so frustrating and aggravating. I've been in the real estate business for over 20 years so I'm very experienced so I can't imagine how someone with no real estate experience would feel. I strongly suggest you take your business somewhere else. It's a sloppy business that over charges their clients and they don't even attempt to make things right.

  Got a great, complex deal done for multiple properties. Had a few surprises a long the way, but Park Place did a great job of working with me to get this across the finish line. I was pleased with the deal I received...best I could find. I may do more with them in the future.

  Austin and his team did an amazing job for me. To start - he was able to help me get an offer on a property accepted for WELL below asking price because of the confidence him and the company brought to the table. During the transaction there were some hurdles he had to jump (at no fault of his own) but he was able to navigate through them due to his dedication and persistence. That effort allowed us to keep the deal together and successfully close just yesterday! I would definitely recommend him to anyone and will be using him in the future. He will do whatever it takes to make it happen and I am so appreciative. Thank you!

  Process was exceptional smooth/fast - Previous lender I was working with didn't work well, Glad that Chris with Park Place followed up from a past inquiry and we ended up doing a bridge loan to help me remodel my investment property.
