  After filing taxes for multiple years with Tax shop and getting a letter from IRS for missing some information - which i paid. I received the same letter again.. on trying to reach out to Tax Shop they were not responsive at all. I was very surprised by their behavior; i understand this is a peak period for all tax consultants - but having worked with them for a few years I would have thought they would be willing to spend 5 mins on the phone Adding comment on 7/2/2022- Tax shop called and addressed the issue hence revising my feedback. My intention is not to harm small businesses .. hence changing this review since they did work to address the issue at a later time.

  I've used them for 25 years. Steve Schlief is very good at what he does. They have good hours, and they always answer my questions when I call them for tax answers and guidance. Thank you.

  Extremely Helpfull and specifically Maher is the best accountant ever has a great customer service and welcoming. also Hussein really good and professional.

  Tax Shop has highly competent preparers. They answer their phones!! Very good customer service. Fees are quite reasonable. I was recommended by a family member and have since recommended them to others.

  I’ve been a customer of Tax Shop since 2011. I worked with Hussein who did all my personal and business tax. He is well informative in the field and can guide through all the paperwork and he charges a reasonable rate.

  I used the Tax Shop last year. The calculated what I owed the feds, and I paid it. A few months later, the IRS informed me that I owed over $400, including penalties. I had presented the Tax Shop with complete financial information. It cost me $170 to have them file a faulty return. Use their services at your own peril!
