  I have been attempting to work with Tax Sentinel for 9 months now. So far, it has been nothing but a disaster. I honestly think that this is a sham company wrapped in another company and another company. They have several different phone numbers and several different people. I always get a voicemail stating a different company and leave a message. Rarely do I get a call back. If I do, it is always someone calling to pacify me so they can collect another monthly payment. I cannot believe how they operate and I really think it must be a dummy corporation. *Tax Hive is another name they go by and I'll be posting this review there as well!

  I have been paying monthly for almost 1 year and my tax return still hasn't been completed. Not only do they not respond to you, it seems like they string out the tax filing process to continue collecting the monthly charges. I am shocked that this company has such terrible service. I thought with Kevin O'Leary behind it that it would be a little more professional. However, it seems like it is nothing but a scam!

  Absolutely Terrible! If you are a current client of this company I feel sorry for you. Working with them, or I should say attempting to work with them, has been a nightmare that I'd never suggest to anyone. Why has it been a nightmare? Well, let's start with the fact that they charge several hundred dollars a month. Then let's go to the fact that they have about 10 different phone numbers, 3 different company names, at least 5 different people to get ahold of, and NO ONE EVER RESPONDS! Don't get me wrong, sometimes you'll get a call back. It will be from a NEW number and a NEW person. They'll say that they'll contact someone and try to get your issues resolved. However, the never do. I think it's all one big scam. One company wrapped inside another company disguised under a DBA and another name. All created to funnel client's money and not provide adequate services. Definitely, STAY AWAY!

  Awful. Call someone back, actually do their taxes, not take money and run.... this company is incapable of conducting business correctly and should be ashamed of themselves. 2020 taxes still not done after being told repeatedly they were being "worked on" for 7+ months.

  I agree with Brad's post. Hired Tax Sentinel to prepare my tax. Tried reaching out to them several times. Never returned my phone calls. They took my money and ran. I do not recommend.

  I have to agree with Carla's post, I have called many times and the one time that I got through, they said they would call back the next day. That was three weeks ago and I have tried several times to call again and only gotten voice mail. Please return all my money that you took with no service given!!! So after this review post that I had made this morning, Finally I get a call back. I am pleased that they have refunded my costs and I give them a a high mark for maintaining their integrity!!

  Tax Sentry has been doing our taxes for 3 years now and we are very happy with them. Questions are always answered promptly and responded to fast. They are very knowledgeable and use it for our benefit and advantage. We highly recommend them!

  I highly recommend Tax Sentinel for all types of tax preparation. I have been using Tax Sentinel to complete both my personal and business taxes for the past 5 years. My preparer, Charles Whitehead and his staff are knowledgeable, accurate, prompt in returning calls, answering questions and consistently exceed my expectations year after year. I assure you there low cost monthly fee and annual tax preparation fee are worth be the small investment. D. Medek Jenks, OK

  Your company was referred by my trading coach and so I was initially excited and was actually looking forward to our scheduled consultation call about setting up an entity in the US. Surprisingly I was very disappointed as the individual on the phone came unprepared and unprofessional. He didn’t even remember the reason of the call so I had to remind him, and he was pushing me to commit to pay couple thousand dollars within the first 3-mins of the call WITHOUT the chance to learn the details of how things work. Strong feeling of typical scam sales call which put a bad taste in my mouth. Worse is that he hang up on me abruptly without letting me ask any question (cuz you are scared??). He also said to me that his time is very valuable (by the way, so is my time too). If he had spent a few more minutes and show some patience listening and understanding the client’s needs, he could have sold me. Rookie mistake. Very unprofessional.
