  I have been through the home buying process before so I knew what to expect. ...at least I thought I did.  In my previous  experience with purchasing a home there were alway last minute documents to submit or last minute clarifications from the underwriters.   That didn't happen with Caliber Home Loans everything went off without a hitch and there were now last minute surprises.  I couldn't be more pleased with my experience.

  Christian at Caliber Home Loans was amazing. The process was easy and quick. He had My approval letter within a few days. I have always used SWBC Mortgaged in the past with my home loans. In the future I will always use Christian at Caliber
