  Right from the very first “query-call”, just testing the waters, I felt like a valued client. John Tatum, not even once made me feel any less than his “favorite client”. Various scenarios were explored. Honest truths about our situation was communicated. Helpful suggestions were given, and in the end together with our helpful realtor, we found our house, secured the loan, at a great rate (he keeps his eyes on all things happening in the land to gauge when to lock things in, in the best possible way for his clients. From the regular emails, phone calls and even funny texts to help ease the stress of buying a house, I can honestly say that John and his team at SWBC made this challenging experience, a painless experience every step of the way. I cannot recommend him enough…not enough stars available.
