  Gary myself and grown children use Tanya for all our mortgage needs. Currently we are looking property in AZ and we are fortunate to have Tanya help us with our mortgage in AZ as well. I can honestly say, Tanya is a get it done kind of person. She doesn't work 8-5 business hours (banking hours). She works on your loan off hours and on weekends. I was there this morning on a Saturday, and met her at her office one time on a Sunday. Well always take care of her clients. She managed with both my girls to get closing documents ready to be available to "NOT" have to go into a rental situation while their selling home is in Escrow about to close. Who does that? What a blessing for my daughters with small children to go right form their selling home into the purchased home. All thanks to Tanya's dedication to her clients.
