  Tammy made the process of taking out my first home mortgage go very smoothly! Her and her assistant made sure we were well-informed about the status of our mortgage application and approval process every step of the way. She responded to communication very quickly, made sure we were informed and educated, and worked hard to get us approved for the right mortgage and best rate available to us. I felt very confident with Tammy supporting us through the process and very fortunate that we were connected with her!

  Tammy & Breanna were extremely helpful and easy to reach whenever needed. They were patient and understanding when I had questions, Tammy was always able to be reached by cell/text at any time day or night. Breanna Jones - Loan Originator Assistant was incredibly friendly throughout the process. As a first-time home buyer I had a lot of questions and Breanna was very understanding and did a great job explaining things thoroughly and in terms I could understand. She was polite in every communication with us and I appreciate that her responses covered anything relating to my questions so there was no need for excessive emails back and forth. I can not emphasize enough how much I appreciated that I did not have to constantly check my email over the course of a day just to receive a bare-minimum response like I do with most businesses. Tammy & Breanna’s communications demonstrate a real connection with customers and their perspectives during the mortgage process. I felt they were genuinely sympathetic and empathetic while in a role where they are likely only required to be objective.

  We purchased a home to retire to and, as it turned out, made the mistake of using my local bank in Massachusetts. The service poor, the approval process unbelievably rigid, to the point of needed to complain y to get an underwriter to act. We closed and found out we had been mislead at best,. lied to at worst. I contacted my Wisconsin realtor, and Associated bank, which I had seen in town was one of his recommendations. Tammy and her team were professional, fast, communicative and had our home refinanced and closed before the first mortgage payment was due on the original loan. When we retire, we will move all of our banking to Associated, based entirely on how well we were treated by Tammy and the team.
