My experience at Russ Darrow Mazda was very pleasant and professional. The dealership is amazing and their staff treated me efficiently with respect and such kindness. Our family has bought four cars from this particular dealership and we will recommend their services to our family members and our friends. Thank you for making our family a part of yours! Sincerely, Argentina Burrus

I had a great experience at Russ Darrow Mazda. Kevin, Adam and Dean were fantastic to work with. We were next door at Nissan and I was beyond frustrated and just wanted to go home. We swung over to Mazda as a whim and I'm very glad we did. Honest and no ridiculous back and forth wasting hours. They talked to me like a human. 100% recommend.

I’ve had nothing but issues with the car I purchased. Absolutely disgusted. I’ve been asking since thanksgiving to see my safety checklist. I was told when I bought the car about new tires. My car started shaking at high speeds. Called the salesman I bought the car from said it’s probably the treds needing to be warn down. I took the car in and was told there were humps in my tire. That my back tires were no long circle. Took it to the dealership and told them my issues. They said they would take my car as an trade in. After further discussion and my check engine light coming on and going to reduced engine power. They said that they would only give full trade in value towards a new car. I had previously confirmed that it could be on a used car. They then told me that they could give me a deal on Mazda car since they sell Mazda’s. That they are “being pushed to sell new cars.” They said I could trade my car in for a $26,000. I told them as I previously stated couldn’t spend more than what I bought the car for. My car after calling the service department they said I could leave my car here for days but didn’t have any loaner cars. My car is currently being looked at. It’s being wondered if that was the reason the owner sold the car. I was never told about any damages done to the car. I’m extremely disappointed in my service.

Terrible place!! I originally signed my lease agreement for 15,000 miles a year! they called me back saying there was a small mistake with the overage charge was .10/mile should be .15/mile. so they had me resign some paper but when I got home I realized they changed the mileage I'm allowed in a year to 10,000. The worst part was when I looked back at the original lease it said the overage was .15/mile so it wasnt even wrong to begin with. When I called them back they gave me a ring around and wouldn't do anything to fix the issue. I will never lease or buy from this place again!! It would be in your best interest to find another dealership!! I feel taken advantage of and they lied to me about what I was signing! I should have brought the original lease with me but I thought it was just a small mistake!!

Staff is nice enough but it's obvious this dealership is unorganized. They have a call center you can sometimes get routed to if you call to schedule service and they don't really know what they are talking about there. I called and asked if I needed to give them a heads-up on what new tires I want (through Mazda's tire program) and I was basically told that I would get a call from a service writer about that. I never got a call and when I showed up for my appointment they had no tires available. I still needed my oil changed and cabin air filter replaced so that was taken care of but I had to schedule another appointment so they could get tires ordered in for me. Russ Darrow gave me free oil change vouchers when I bought the car and that's the only reason I keep going back. I typically have a somewhat frustrating or slow experience with the service department at the dealership.

If you look through reviews, I'm almost certain you will find other reviews that agree with my opinion. My wife and I test drove a Mazda CX 5. Our salesman was up to standards and well spoken. We both decided we would like to purchase the vehicle. With credit scores over 830, we figured done deal. Then comes the trade in.... We owed more than the vehicle was worth. No problem on our end. We would have eliminated that with a down payment. We owed 12,000. The car was valued between $6,000-$7,700. We were offered $4500. LMFAO. I immediately stood up to put on my jacket. My wife countered beautifully with an outlandish price of $10,000 which I thought was right for their offer. They would not budge or negotiate any further, and we walked out never to return. Are you too big to care Russ Darrow? I cannot fathom what transpired to leave us that insulted. At this time we have purchased a 2019 Hyundai Tucson. Interior is close to Mazdas upscale look, but layout is better. Touchscreen is easier to use. The experience was altogether as good as any we have ever had. And furthermore, the first offer for our trade was $7,900. Go to a dealership that cares is my advice.

If you're looking for a bad experience this is the place to go. First, the overall process with the salesman was great. Very thorough and helpful in explaining the car and various configurations of it. I would give him 5 stars. However, I gave this place a one star due to the General Manager. First, never met the GM during the two days I was at this mazda dealership. Secondly, I was quoted the same price on the first and second day I was here. However, when it came down to making a deal with the salesman, the GM came by (very rude) and said, "I'm sorry, he made a mistake the entire night of giving you the wrong price, it's actually $700 more. Plus we have someone whose looking to buy this car already." So my parents and I looked at each other said thank you, got up and left. Just for the record, we were there for 3 hours how could you have possibly given me the wrong price the day before and the day of and making a deal and the financing part was only for 20 minutes. My parents have been buying cars their entire life, never once have they encounter a manager or GM to be this rude and decide to raise the offer. This is the first time I'm looking for a car and this was the worst experience. I do not want to buy a mazda anymore. Lastly, I felt like the GM judge my parents and I too soo that we couldnt afford it. So I'm now back to looking at lexus and acura cars, that I can afford ;)

They may have great office, good quality of cars but one thing that is more important is lost respect the decision and situation of every individual... people who deal with us are completely zero in that case. and yes we are happy in getting a new car but unfortunately we bought from you.

Nicholas was great in keeping me informed about the status of my vehicle. Although, the part for my vehicle was on back order, his customer service made things more tolerable.
