  I was not impressed some of the staff is running around with their pants pulled halfway down and their underwear hanging out. They allegedly detailed the car they were showing me 2 times and it still smelled like dog was covered in dog hair and dirt inside and out. The show room is very dated and by that I mean out of date. Also when I went to get my a complementary cup of coffee they offered only sugar no substitutes at all, it seemed very cheap to me.

  Entire staff were pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable. Great price on new vehicle. No hassling back and forth.

  Excellent customer service from the dropping off experience through follow-up and finally pick up. The problem with the vehicle was diagnosed and fixed sooner than I expected. Great job all the way around.

  Horrible experience here at Russ Darrow Chrysler, I would not recommend this place to anyone. I bought my car from this place, I only take my car here for service n etc, as I drop my car off to get my AC compressor fixed I also informed them about my oil light coming on n car shutting off. They stated they would look into it. Long story short they charged me $176.00 for absolutely nothing. They stated my car was burning oil, I asked how, seeing they I just got in oil change from u guys last week. They stated they would have to look into to see why.. well isn't that the reason u guys charged me $176.00 for a diagnosis to find the problem to fix it. Neatless to say they tried ripping me off, I had to deal with supervisor which he was n asswhole, he instantly told me what he wasn't going to do, request to speak with gm of Russ Darrow after two days of back and forth I finally got some results. Never again would I give them my service

  What great people to work with!!!! They really carw about you getting what you want and willing to go above and beyond for you. Without their great customer service and willing to work with me I would have never pulled away in my new vehicle!!! I would go through them always to get a vehicle!!!! Best car dealership and great experience purchasing a vehicle!!!!

  I purchased my jeep renegade a year ago. I normally go to Griffin Hub in Oak Creek because it's close. I decided to shop around and try something new. Big mistake! The customer service at Russ Darrow was horrible. The follow up maintaince service was worse and I didn't think that was possible. I knew I was going to buy a new car walking into the dealership. I have excellent credit and more then enough income. The sales rep tried to sell me on another car which was annoying. He tried to convience me the advertised deal I saw was not valid; which it was once I threatened to get up and leave, I pulled out the printout of advertised deal as well. He redacted his original claim. When I purchased the car he rushed through features. The inside of car was dirty. I insisted it be cleaned. The experience was so horrible that I decided to get the service of my new vehicle from my old dealership. I didn't care if I had to pay for my oil changes. I had moved and came into town. On the high way got a chunk of glass in my tire. I went to Russ Darrow for a new tire and asked if they could do the scheduled maintance. I was told it would take 30mins. I was there 3 hours. The service guy kept asking my me about an oil change which I didn't need because I had already gotten one from Griffin Hub. I asked if the service check had been done he said yes; which I found out was a flat out lie. Never EVER get any service from this dealership. They are disorganized, untogether and unprofessional. The waiting area was filthy as well.

  I have owned a couple Mopars, I think for the price, there technology is incredible. I bought my Jeep from Russ a couple years ago, with an 8.4 touchscreen. I got a real nice service plan when I purchased it, but I did not want to hassle one of the master mechanics every time I could not figure something out. I ran into Jessica Charris (sp) from the sales and she helped me out, without trying make me upgrade or sell me an undercoating or something. It's really nice to run into a salesperson who help a guy out, without the giving him a headache. Thanks again gang!

  Horrible service. Brought my car in for a heat actuator door to be fixed and service recalls. Was supposed to be a 4 hour project...Took over a month to get my vehicle back !! I was harassed by the service team (Drew) two weeks after I had my vehicle back. Threatening to charge ME with the cost of repairs and rental because THEY MISPLACED THE WARRANTY COMPANY INFO ...which I paid my deductible for to THEM at the time of recieving my vehicle back. Smdh. To top all this off my vehicle smelled of old mechanic,oil, and odd fluids. Dust covered my car from to back and it was never cleaned which was the least they couldve done after a month! Also left my spash guard and wheel liners off! 🤦🏾‍♂️After the 1st 4 days ADAM (manager) did agree to cover the rental aspect but overall it was a horrible experience... service guy was very unprofessional and took completely too long!
