      We told the salesperson we had our own financings. After three hours of sitting and cross examination we let them run our credit, nope could not beat our financing; told to leave and the offer they gave us no longer stands.Rude pushy take your business elsewhere. Not told the car was in an accident. Liars and thieves.

      Satisfied with a good quote and workmanship within committed time. Time will tell us about quality. Not satisfied with ignoring things outside of revenue opportunity. Car not washed or vacuumed - small thing but would have felt great driving a clean and fixed car esp when you can't notice what went on inside and spent closer to $500. No questions asked on absent rear mirror or auto key batteries.

      The best place for this General Manager Nick S. is not at this business nor talking to customers because he does not know how to have a basic conversation. He was very rude and hostile for no reason, simple common courtesy having respect, and a understanding that people that are different from him, really can purchase nice cars. He should not work in a diverse community with his inability to interact with all ethnicities and genders, politely. The sad part about this, is that the Russ Darrow site refers you back to the GM who is same person that's rude to customers. I wonder how their sales are the proof has to be in the numbers. My purchase was a slam dunk and they messed it up not once but twice in one day all because the GM did not know how to properly coach the sales associate. Nor did he himself know how to talk to customers. Also Mr. Darrow (Russ or Mike) Please advise Mr. Saidai that if he is going to be rude to customers at least do so in slacks and a tie instead of a T-Shirt and Jeans his level of professionalism was very apparent and reflective in the way he dressed, spoke, and interacted with me. I just did not want to believe that "sales people' would really miss a sale. So I went back almost 4 hours later not asking about a price but "about them fixing body damage" on the A6 car that could have been caused by their associates with the 1000 mile difference from what was listed. Are they trying to slip the damage and the miles under the radar?

      Rip off artists. The service department will take your car apart unauthorized and tell you can't take your car. These people are unprofessional and lack communication when it comes to repairs on your vehicle Beware of the low life greedy monsters. Will be reporting this place to BBB! Concerned Custer 😟

      One of the most insulting experiences of my life. I test drove 3 Nissan Rogues. We began negotiating on one vehicle. I then asked for the prices to compare all three. The salesman came back after talking to his manager and said that his manager did not want to give prices today. Basically telling me he did not want to sell me a car. I had a decent down payment and I have good credit. There was no reason for them to treat me this way, I am a paying customer coming to them for a service. I will never go back and would never recommend anyone going there.

      Worst experience ever! Don't buy from them. They try to sell a car that it is not worth the money. My family and I went to look for a car and decide to apply for financing, their rate is way too high, they just tell you monthly rates. We chose to not buy the car and buy from another dealer and we couldn't!!! Russ Darrow started the loan request and we couldn't start the financing with our bank because of that! Then after a few days I got a letter from another bank saying that my loan request was not approved.. I didn't even know that I applied for that! They must ran my credit so many times that I'm so angry that what they did lower my credit score. Def don't spend your money and time with them!

      Worst service ever! Came in to get a quote on my car, but the two service advisors, one Hispanic man and white woman, looked at me and then looked back to their computer screens. I stood there for at least 10 minutes to get help. While getting help from the Hispanic man, he didn’t seem interested in talking and seem passive aggressive. Also, the white lady just came in and cut off our conversation. Very rude! After talking, I got in my car and left! I will not be visiting again and will not recommend it to anyone else!

      Bought my car with an oil change package which includes checking the air in the tires and tire rotation. My service advisor indicated to me on my arrival that all three of these things would be taken care of. Needless to say tires were never filled nor rotated my oil was changed, the entire time in the service garage was about 15 minutes which was fast but considering 2 thirds of the work was never done that wasn’t that fast. Unfortunately the 40 point inspection must have been done in as long as it took to put the check marks down as all good. This is the second vehicle that I purchased at this dealership and will be the last I should have learned from all of the mishaps from my first vehicle. Apparently they don’t realize that some customers watch through that window in there service department to see what kind of work is being performed on there car I for one. I have talked to the service manager Paul a couple of times about the poor service and it never gets any better so as I said I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealer

      I took my pathfinder to a local shop to replace my transmittion and what i nightmare. With no hope in sight and stuck with a vehicle that had more issues than i started out with. I took the vehicle to this location on a flat bed tow truck. I explained what had originally happened to the transmittion and the mess up repair job that the other shop did trying to fix the truck. I had no choice but to replace the transmittion, TCM and the main engine harness after a bad wiring repair job by others. The service department worked very hard and was able to repair my truck at an affordable price. My hat off to Joe and the service tech who poured his brain out trying to fix somebody else mess. All repairs was done in a professional manner and i am glad i serviced by the team. I am once again back on the road and this truck has never felt this good in ten year.       Ask for Fernando Thomas, at the Russ Darrow Metro Auto Mall! My wife and I picked up our new 2015 Altima on Saturday. Fernando Thomas met us at the door and informed us he would be handling the final details for us and would answer any questions we had on the vehicle. He brought the car up to the front door and began going over the highlights of the car including operation, safety, blue tooth paring of both of our phones, and countless questions we had on our first Nissan purchase. Fernando was warm, humorous, and very knowledgeable on every detail and the operation of every option the car had. He took the time to walk us through every system we had a question on, including setting the clock. We took the car out for one more short drive to ensure we were both comfortable with our purchase. Before we left the dealership he made sure we had his card and asked us to contact him with any question or problem we encountered. We received an e-mail from him early that afternoon thanking us and wishing us well.
