  Magic always takes care of us. The service department is a tightly run ship. Must have good leadership for that team. They always get the job done.

  A good dealership with good service. they helped me with my Toyota even though I purchased it used from an independent dealership, and while the service prices coming from a dealership service center are going to be higher, they take really good care of my car and were able to deal with it way better than an independent auto service place. I am very grateful for their assistance and will likely be going back for maintenance because they quickly built up my trust. I appreciate them very much.

  Worst experience. I schedule an appointment 2 days out to get my glass replaced, I wait 2 hours for them to tell me they won’t cover it and if I want to pay I need to schedule another appointment and come back. What was the point of this appointment!? Now I’m stuck with a huge hole in my glass with no resolution.

  Been in twice for routine maintenance, e.g. oil changes. Both appointments made in advance, both appointments was told it would be an hour wait, both appts took over two hours. Unnacceptable. If a service is going to take two hours, tell the customer up front. Still sitting in the lobby as I write this, frustrating.

  Took 2 hours for an oil change with an appointment and the service advisor, Brandon, was a punk and condescending when I asked why it was taking two hours with an appointment. Avoid these chumps. I bought my car here but regret it. Take your business somewhere else.

  I have had a terrible experience here 3 times now. My car has been “serviced” with steps checked on the checklist but obviously incomplete, and the appointments consistently run late. My advice to you: get your car serviced literally anywhere else.

  Unprofessional, zero workmanship. I was never happy with their service whether replacing my car tire, brake replacement or a regular oil change. There is always oil dripping and they leave the car a mess without wiping the oil that dripped onto the car. They destroyed my driveway. Many times, I paid for tire rotation and they forget to do it.
