  David and his team are great to work with. They are thorough, very efficient, and work with you on what works best for you. He takes the time to answer all of your questions and provide as much information as possible so that you can make the right decision, for you. David worked through a few different scenarios, on some last minute deadlines over the holidays and was always responsive and quick to get the work done and submitted. He worked with us to move our closing date up over a week and change the full structure of our loan once we had more information on the sale of our house and timing for a new purchase. In addition, our realtor and title officer both enjoy working with him, commenting on his professionalism and timeliness.

  Smooth process due to awesome communication. We worked with David directly for weeks before starting the process, to make sure we knew exactly what the process was and how to make it happen to meet all our our expectations. Any hiccups were handled with lots of care and grace. We closed on time even after an important doc was completed incorrectly by a third party! The team handled the whole transaction so well that we have already referred a few friends to David and his team. For this transaction, we really didn’t have to do much as far as the process goes beyond providing necessary docs & paperwork, signatures and having a few virtual meetings (plus a few more that were probably slightly inconvenient for David for our own understanding, questions and information.) They really made the process as stress free as possible and we totally feel like we gained friends after this transaction! Highly recommended!

  I can't thank enough for what David and his team have done for me. This isn't the easiest time for getting a mortgage loan especially in the Seattle area. All of the mortgage brokers I've contacted were very busy and never really followed up. Amidst this Covid-19 pandemic, I understand how things can get very complicated with the employment situation and mortgage forbearance issues. David took his time trying to have me understand all of the things I need to know and did his magic! Not only getting my primary home refinanced under a complicated term, he helped me to capitalize the asset built on my investment property and got the lowest mortgage rate I've ever had on my properties in Bothell and Lynnwood.

  David, Jan, and the Fairway team are responsive (even on weekends, important in this market!), fast (our rental lease was expiring soon and they were able to rush everything as we asked), inexpensive (we love the interest rate we got, just what you'd expect of a good broker company), and they held our hands through the entire loan process, making sure there were no surprise costs and giving us all the details we wanted. Will be coming back to this group for all my future home loan needs.
