Andrew Neighbors5I love this bank. My experience here has been nothing short of excellent. I run both my business and personal checking through HomeStreet and I have zero complaints. Marilla Sargent, the VP and Branch Manager, has been a wealth of knowledge and resources. Very experienced and skilled. She's always eager to assist, whether in regards to my banking needs or something completely unrelated... an incredible resource. She seems to have a trusted referral for my every need. I can highly recommend banking with HomeStreet.

Alicia Kikuchi5I highly recommend HomeStreet Bank! Marilla and her staff are hard-working, knowledgable, and friendly. I needed to open a business account for an organization that is not quite a non-profit but also isn't a for-profit business. Marilla had to jump through some hoops to figure out how to set the accounts up, and she did it all with a smile. During the process, she also very carefully explained the options with signers, withdrawal limits, checks, debit card, etc. It was a wonderful experience, and I truly believe that anyone who wants a positive experience with their bank should come to HomeStreet!

Jason Lohmatov1Came in this morning asking nicely for a envelope. Was also looking for a new bank to do my business with. When the nice lady at the front desk said I will not give you a envelope because your not a customer.. what kind of service is that? Way to lose a customer.

Jesse Rodriguez2I really hate to leave this review, but I've used almost every bank in the area and Homestreet Bank has great employees, they're very nice. But the process of using Homestreet, withdrawing money or using online banking is an absolute nightmare. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone who values convenience, or not being treated like a criminal when you deposit/withdraw money.

Seattle Learning Center1Went there today 1 minute before closing. The hours posted online are 9am to 4pm. I apologized for coming in last minute. First, no acknowledgement was given to me. The teller did not respond to my apology for coming in last minute. When I left, there is no acknowledgement either. If this is going to be my usual experience with them, I will move my accounts into another bank today. Good thing, I usually bank at my Queen Anne branch in Seattle. Moussa, Hossein and Afshin provide great customer service. This branch sucks and should be closed down based on my experience today.
