  Surety bank is the only truly locally owned bank in our community, and it shows. Ryan and his entire staff are always available to take care of what their clients need. Everyone I personally know who was able to get a PPP loan came thru Surety Bank. Everyone at the bank is so friendly and you definitely feel like they know you personally and will do everything they can to serve your banking needs. There is no corporate maze to go thru, if you need a loan, or want an answer, the decision makers are right there, not in some other state or otherwise inaccessible. It is a great bank!

  The people at Surety Bank are VERY caring and have always gone out of their way to make sure I have what I need, including personally calling me to follow-up without prompting. ----- Before trusting any reviews that give less than 5 stars here, look at their profile and see what they've said about other businesses. Most of the time they only leave negative reviews which shows their lack of integrity to be fair to hard working business owners. It's hard to believe someone can only have bad experiences unless, well, it's not actually the fault of the business. All that said, visit Surety and decide for yourself.

  I come into Surety Bank every 7-10 days. Service is prompt and courteous. If I have a question I get an answer with an explanation. The staff is friendly and many of them recognize me and call me by name. In addition, they remember personal conversations we have had in the past. This is why I prefer a community bank.

  If you love great customer service, then you will definitely love this bank. Got tired of always going into the BIG banks and feeling like a number. The folks that work here know you by your name, and you always see the same faces unlike the other banks where you get someone new every time!
