  Thanks to the pros at the DeLand vystar I was able to close on my new home in deland. Zak and David both informed me of new services that vystar has that allowed me to not have to pay private mortgage which is definitely saving me and my family some extra money each month. I will continue to be on the vystar team as long as they have people like them and Dee Sullivan.

  Josh Stafford was absolutely amazing. He helped me understand and go through the purchase of my car with vystar. His attention to detail and prompt responses helped make the process easy. His customer service skills are all around lovely. Thank you Josh for making my bank a great and friendly place to visit and do business.

  We recently moved to Deland from Upstate NY and we were looking to purchase a New/Used vehicle, after some research we decided on opening an account at VyStar. We visited the Deland Branch to open a new account and we’re met by David whom we have to say is Awesome! David walked us through the whole process and made sure we were 100% comfortable with their system and also made sure our cards were working before we walked out. David also gave us information on all the services they provide. Soon after our first visit called the Bank to get a loan for our new vehicle and Once again got the pleasure of working with David, he walked us trough the super easy and fast process and before I knew it we had the approval and our vehicle was being delivered from Georgia. David has absolutely gone above and beyond helping us and he’s a definite Asset to VyStar… Great place and Amazing people…

  David and Bella are always accommodating My personal experience has never been difficult nor disappointing. They really think outside of the box,understanding of life problems and unbelievable impressive personal services. As a first time banker..I'm happy it's with the Deland branch Vystar Credit. They really care about you.

  I know the bank is dealing with a lot more foot traffic with the online platforms being adjusted, that being said, I have had good experiences in branch. I appreciate very much the convenience of the tellers being notaries. Joshua helped me with notary services a few weeks ago and account modifications recently. Offering knowledge about other things they offered that we could benefit from. Employees are pleasant and helpful personalities. I know they are dealing with stressful amounts of traffic but are focused on the person they are helping and attend to the necessary details. David helped us a few weeks ago during a very busy time and made sure all our needs were met. We chose Vystar for certain banking services based on a convenient branch location, drive through, atm and their offerings. This brick and mortar location is 5 stars. My review score is based on in branch interactions. My score would be different with phone, text, web, app experience, but I do not find that fair to include on this review.,

  Zacchaeus was absolutely amazing to work with and made the entire process extremely easy. He stayed in contact regularly to communicate status updates on 3 new loans. He went out of his way to find the best offers for me to consolidate my debt and refinance my vehicle for a better rate. He is saving me hundreds a month in interest, lowered my monthly payments, my bills are now achievable to pay off in a timely manner now. Not to mention that my first vehicle payment is not due until August 8th! Overall he exceeded my expectations with his top notch customer service, communication and quickly closed all 3 loans. I will be switching to VyStar Deland for my primary banking! The entire staff has been amazing, I always feel welcomed and valued when I come in the branch. Hands down this crew in Deland is second to none in customer service!! Thank you!!

  Our experience with Vystar has been nothing but a fantastic one. Bella and her team went above and beyond at the DeLand branch, the amount of knowledge that they have really impressed me and they made things happen for us. It is a true blessing to have had the opportunity to meet and deal with them, Bella not only led me in the right direction but educated me along the way making me alot more financially stable and in a much better position to be competent when dealing with our finances. I highly recommend and will be a loyal customer for many years to come. Thank you guys.

  I have been banking with Vystar Credit Union for 4 years. The DeLand branch employee have become like friends, their customer service is outstanding. David, Josh, Suann, and Zacciacus are amazing! They are always so helpful. I have never stayed with a bank longer thank a year before. Banking with Vystar my financial health has improved tremendously! I never have to worry about tricky banking fees, or any kind of surprises. I have great peace of mind banking with Vystar, especially with the DeLand Branch having my back!

  David is AMAZING!!!!! He always helps me with a cheerful smile and always accommodating and has a positive attitude. He has handled all my banking and my children. Working with David on family affairs calms my heart and I trust him throughly!! I will never bank anywhere else!!
