  I have worked with Manny Sarnes and the Home Team Equity "Team" since they moved to Deland, years ago. Manny has always been willing to share his knowledge for the benefit of educating Realtors, and counseling Consumers toward the Goal of Home Ownership. I highly recommend Manny, Matt, Stephanie and all the Loan Officers and support Staff. You can expect timely communications and a successful outcome!

  My Re Finance experience at Home Team Equity was better than I could have imagined. Everyone from the Loan officers to the support staff went above and beyond to educate me on the process, and get my loan closed in a very short time frame. I wish I had known about them when purchasing my home.

  You will not find a more professional, friendly and efficient Mortgage lender. Amanda and her team go above and beyond for every client. Even if you are not at the point where you can qualify for a Mortgage yet, they will help every step of the way with that. This is one of the few lenders that I have worked with in my 27 year career as a Realtor, that when they say your Pre-Approved, unless there is something you did not tell them, you can pretty much count on a successful closing. Awesome Mortgage Company..

  Matt and Heather was a tremendous help from start to finish. I travel with my work and the only time I had to get together with them was on Sunday. Matt met me at their office several times on a Sunday to get the paperwork done and Heather called to walk me through anything else in the home buying process. It truly was a pleasure working with them.

  Heather and Manny were a pleasure to work with. I have a unique financial situation that requires stitching together or proving funds from 7 different financial institutions. I even had income from cryptocurrency and coinbase doesn't yet offer official statements. Heather was able to get everything smoothed out and off to the underwriter in time to hit my closing date. She stayed late and worked weekends to make sure I met my goals. I will definitely be using Home Team again.

  I am a Veteran and had been turned down by several other banks and I was getting very discouraged by the whole mortgage process. I was recommended to Amanda and her team by my Realtor and I could tell right away she was different. Amanda told me why the other lenders were not able to loan me money with my VA loan, then told me why she was able to, and within 2 months of our first meeting I was in my new home. I cannot thank Amanda and her team enough for helping me buy my first home!
