  Ben made a very difficult process easy. Not only did he get us the best rate, but was incredibly helpful when doing so. First-time homebuyers... we had a short window offer situation that came on a weekend, and Ben was able to put together our pre-approval on a weekend with very little notice. Very available and responsive right up to closing. We will continue to tell everyone, and look forward to working with Ben in the future whenever that may be.

  It doesn't get better!!! Loan programs are amazing BenCoulter is beyond amazing and the entire team in Uptown goes well above and beyond. As a Realtor I believe that a mortgage company can make or break a transaction. Ben and the Crew "make" everything happen on time and seamlessly!

  I have no idea how he got my phone number but he keeps calling me. I've asked him to stop and even blocked his phone number. Now he's making his number "unknown" in order to leave me messages. I've now warned him if I receive any more I will be contacting the Attorney General's office.
