We selected her not only because she had the best rates of all the lenders we compared, but also because she answered our call on a Saturday morning and had a pre-approval letter in our hand by the end of the day. She is absolutely lovely to work with, and really makes us feel valued and important.   When you are making the largest financial transaction of your life, which home buying is for most of us, you often experience a combination of excitement, stress, and at times confusion. The importance of understanding and being comfortable with the process cannot be overstated. We were very happy that Bell Bank delivered on that. Our loan officer, Nancy Hostetler, was very responsive to all of our questions (even our "dumb" ones, although she would never call them that) and very patient with walking us through the process as first-time home buyers. We also appreciated that Bell Bank sent us most of the closing documents prior to the actual closing date so that we had adequate time to review and e-sign most of them before physically signing them on the closing date. Thanks to this foresight, on the day of closing we were done in an hour. We would gladly recommend Bell to our friends.

  Nancy and Laura made our home purchase experience such a simple, straighforward process, we are so glad our realtor connected us with them! They were so helpful and informative, and made sure we understood each step of the process. We closed on our house two weeks after the COVID-19 pandemic officially shut down much of the normal world, but they handled everything for us like it was just another day.
