  Nicole Meeker was a pleasure to work with. She helped us win and buy our dream home! Nicole went above and beyond in preparing us, not just financially but also mentally, for purchasing a home in a "sellers market with historically low inventory". She was always a phone call, text or email away throughout the whole process. Her responsiveness was top-notch, especially when we had only 3 hours to get in our winning bid on a Sunday evening! Time was of the essence with competing bids. We didn't have a realtor chosen and she gave us the best referral; a perfect fit! Not only did the realtor work well with us but they worked well together. Nicole used her expertise to use our finances from our home sale in our best interest for the new dream home. In the end, she secured a low interest rate and made sure our monthly mortgage payments fit comfortably into our new budget. We cannot sing her praises enough. Nicole's dedication to our dream home made it a reality and we couldn't be happier!

  My fiancé and I were introduced to Nicole through our realtor, and we would absolutely recommend her to others. She was educational, realistic, and supportive - and patiently answered all 10,000 of our questions. We always received quick responses and felt supported as first-time buyers during a strong sellers market. There were no financial surprises at any point in the process, and we felt prepared to close when the time came. It was also super nice that she worked so well with our realtor and all the "behind the scenes" stuff that happens after an offer is accepted seemed to flow well. Overall Nicole was great - we love our house and are financially comfortable with our loan and monthly payments.

  We worked with Nicole and Kara to complete this purchase. Nicole was our Consultant and Kara was the processor/assistant. We have had terrible service with other lenders before. With Nicole and Kara they provided weekly updates, notified us if there was documents that were needed and answered all of our questions when asked. Nicole went above and beyond to make sure we understood the different outcomes and scenarios of each offer we submitted (submitted several over 3-5 months). She made sure we understood the details and set realistic standards for us when we became frustrated with our home search and offers being rejected. I was able to connect with Nicole when needed for concerns or questions. This is our second time working with Nicole and she did great as always.

  Wow!!! What an amazing job Nicole has done for me on the whole process of the loan. I was a bit of a challenge for Nicole (with my odd situation) but she made it work. Cory too!! A lot of unsisted situations came up and Nicole help me resolve them. This was the second time I’ve worked with her and I highly highly recommend Nicole!! She is very polite, kind and fun to work with. We had several laughs and I had a few tears but she made it happen. I cannot emphasize her talent in helping me. Because of her, I was able to get the house that I wanted and I will be hosting Thanksgiving for the first time with my extended family and I’ve invited her to come (I’m still waiting for her response) 😁 Kudos to Nicole and Cory for their talented and hard work in making my dreams come true!!
