  There is absolutely not doubt in my mind that I would recommend anyone other than Todd Cooke and his team to others, especially first time home buyers like myself. I would never have expected this process to be so easy, fun, and truly painless! Todd and his team were always available to answer any and all questions I had, and communicated with me about each document required, putting my mind at ease when essentially signing my life away! There was an immediate sense of trust and comfort when first meeting with Todd - I am forever grateful for this team, without them I would still be figuring out what a pre-qualification is!

  Kyle is the perfect guide for the home buying experience. He works quickly, is responsive, and explains everything so well. We had a very long and drawn out home buying experience due to the current craziness of the market. Kyle and his team stuck with us the whole way, helping ease the stress.   I can't say enough about how pleasant my refinance experience went!! Todd Cooke and Kelsey Rictor were amazing!! My situation was kind of unique but didn't stop them from helping me find a solution. Both Todd and Kelsey are kind and compassionate and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a mortgage. Thank you for always being there to answer all my questions.
