  Thank you Taylor and Fairway Independent Mortgage! I love my little home and thanks to Taylor and her team at Fairway Independent Mortgage I was able to buy my home 3 years ago. This past year I decided to refinance due to the low interest rates available to me.   I sold my house in RI and was moving to CT, my realtor Diane White of CR Premier Properties (fantastic realtor!) suggested Suzanne Mazzarella. I e-mailed Suzanne about a loan regarding a house I was purchasing, she got back to me right away (after hours) and with her help I was able to secure the house. Every step of the way Suzanne or someone on her team reached out to me to for needed documents and kept me aware of where we were in the process. I was able to upload my documents to an app on my phone or e-mail them as needed. The process was quick and painless. I highly recommend!

  Amazing staff. great people. If you are looking to purchase a home, I recommend speaking with Taylor Salemme. She will guide you through every step necessary when purchasing a home. They were very professional and kind (both Taylor and Babbette), and felt as though they wanted it to work for me just as much as I wanted it to work for myself. If I ever want to buy another home in the future, I wouldn’t look any further. Great job done!

  Be extremely careful. If you feel you are being lied to you are. My interest rate changed a week before I closed. My closing date changed three times. My down payment changed after it was too late to shop for a different company and was never notified about it until we asked why the high dollar difference. After the closing they realized they wouldn’t close our sea and we had to get more documents from a lawyer to stay in the house we already moved into. We looked awful to two different realtors buying and selling and incompetent. Would not release money to the selling family after we closed because of their mistake after checking and rechecking and being told by fairway we are clear to close. Then after completing a review that was emailed to me I was contacted by Suzanne Mazarella being extremely rude and telling me I was wrong to give that review and without her it wouldn’t have gotten done. Extremely unprofessional experience I would never wish these problems on anyone else. Please if you feel misguided run. Because it only gets worse with fairway.

  False. There is always a reason for something to change in your mortgage process. We strive to help buyers not hurt them. We are honest and very straight forward. That is what we base our business on and why we are successful. We can only work our hardest with what is presented to us. Responding to a review isn’t disrespectful it means we care.
