  I have been a customer for about 10 years and have always had positive experiences. I can't speak for previous reviewers, but I have never experienced any such problems in the 10 years I have been a customer. The tellers are kind and don't treat you like an annoyance or a number like so many of the big commercial banks do.

  I wish you could give no stars. Staff could care less for there customers. I’ve had multiple bad experiences over the years of being with this bank and will be switch ASAP.

  I asked about opening a checking account and the woman who helped me was very helpful and courteous. She explained things well and answered my questions. She even printed information out for me to take with me.

  I dont usually leave negative reviews or business bash, but I tried to get them to fix this situation 3 times, but they insisted on this 7 day hold after the week prior it was cleared immediately..... so they just lost a 15 year banker due to inconsistent policies. Depending on what teller you get determines if they clear a check immediately or hold it for 7 days. Who holds a payroll check that long? Because its double signed? Thats a personal check policy !! How offensive.... make sure you pick the right teller !!!
