      The real reason why people are getting locked out of the online banking system for NO REASON, They steal from you when your “locked out” of the online banking during the weekends especially!!!!! Online banking is closed on the weekend too!!! Yes I said what I said online banking turns into “how they can steal everyone’s money with three different account balances and pop up pendings that get taken out at 8:00am Monday mornings with OVERDRAFTS FEES!!!!!!!”

      I'm extremely disappointed in the quality of service at the Hermantown, MN branch. If I would have had a choice to do zero stars I would have. We couldn't even get change without giving our whole life history. We finally drove away after I had to chase $20 bills all over the windy parking lot because the teller kept sending is back the tube to fill out one more line. ALL I wanted was change for some cash I sent in. It wasn't like she was giving me any money from her till. We finally drove away and promptly went to Members Coop just down the road. My husband walked in and came out with change in about 2 minutes. I will no longer do business with your credit union and others will hear about it.

      I was really frustrated because I could not get into my online banking, so I decided to just go in. I came into the bank and was already frustrated because I had spent so much time trying to figure it out, but Jordyn was wonderful and really helped me figure out my account. She was very patient with me and really took the time to help me understand. After this experience, I'll always be going into this bank. Everyone was super friendly and positive, and it really meant so much to me. Thank you so much Jordyn and the staff at Superior Choice Credit Union!!

      As a former account rep at another bank, I understand banking fees and regulations, so this comes from a place of experience when I say this bank is terrible. They don’t store images of checks so if you want to see what your check was for, you have to pay to have them research it. They charge fees for check deposits that bounce but don’t store the image so you have to pay to have them pull the check that bounced so you can know who bounced their check on you. Just about everything has to be done in person and via physical paper vs electronically. Their fee structure is high and they do not wave any fees, even if the fees were a result of their poor electronic system. They switched debit card companies and cancelled everyone’s cards while mailing out the new ones. This was very poorly communicated leaving me without a debit card until the new one came. Just about every time I call customer service, I am given different information (the reps do not have appropriate training) and often the customer service reps escalate the call leaving me more frustrated after talking with them instead of less frustrated. It seems nothing can be handled over the phone other than getting your account balance. Nothing can be handled electronically on their website except checking your balance. This is a terrible bank who doesn’t care at all about keeping their account holders happy.

      I would NOT recommend this bank to anybody! We paid off our boat loan on August 23rd 2019 in person and requested the lein holders card and we told they would have to mail it. It is now September 14th 2019 and still have NOT received the card. We sold the boat and the poor couple that bought it are just waiting in this bank to get it together so they can transfer the title! Shame on you Superior Chouce Credit union. If this is the way you conduct business you just list mine!!

      SCCU was sending my husband's bank statements to the wrong email address. We requested documentation to see if it was our error or theirs. We received the requested documentation and it showed the error was theirs...he had written his email address down correctly. An SCCU employee had entered it into their system incorrectly. My husband, (not receiving his requested statements as they were being sent to someone else) overdrafted. SCCU charged us astronomical fees and refused to work with us to reduce the fees even a small amount. They did acknowledge their error... but refused to take any financial responsibility. We would have happily paid some of these fees, as he did overdraft, but he also wasn't receiving the statements that he had requested to receive due to an error on their end. Had he been receiving statements, he could have become aware of his overdrafting sooner and his fees would not have compounded. SCCU could have reduced a portion of the fees to acknowledge their error and we would have been happy. We were a young couple with future loan and investment needs. This credit union could have sacrificed a couple hundred dollars to "wow" us, and in return, could have made hundreds, or even thousands, more. We could have told everyone we knew how fair and trustworthy this credit union was. Instead, we tell everyone we know to stay far away from this establishment.

      I love this bank i have never had any problems... When i call I'm always talked to courtously and politely and all my questions answered... And always nice ladies when i go to withdraw money... Thank you ladies :)

      I am going to try and find a new bank, because I dont like that superior choice credit union is not open on weekends.
