      I took time on Saturday to come in to Kia- I thought despite what I had heard I would give it a chance. When my family and I arrived, we were not greeted, we did not get any sense of comfort. We looked around the lot and a man came up asking what he could help with.. I told him the vehicle I was interested in and he went in and grabbed some paper work. He then asked me my name and I said what my name was- He replied "Oh, you have an appt with Caleb." At that point we were pushed in the door before I was able even to look at the vehicle I was interested in. He brought us to Caleb's desk, We walked by the receptionist not so much as a word of greeting or a smile. Caleb didn't seem interested in me and what I wanted. He was not giving me any indication of what he was doing and kept walking back and forth without saying a word. Finally my mom asked him what was going on and the finance person said "This isn't a five minute process" in a snarky voice. We weren't assuming it was a quick process although I will say we would have liked to have been treated with much more respect. I left there frustrated and unhappy. I will not be returning and will not refer anyone to this dealership!

      Brought my vehicle in and waited 3.5 weeks for 1 part. Kept telling me it would just be a few more days the whole time. Didn't offer a rental car, suggested I use their shuttle but didn't help make arrangements and weren't available after business hours for errands. Immediately had to bring it back post-repair because it started making noises again. They returned it and after a few days the noises started again. Brought it elsewhere and the mechanic tightened some lug nuts and the noise stopped. Normally I'm a patient person but this experience was ridiculous. One of their reps got frustrated with my friend for calling to inquire as to why it was taking so long. Not going to be returning anytime soon.

      This place is wonderful. We were in the area on vacation when we discovered a nail in our tire. We have tires that use nitrous not air and this limits our choices for fixing our leak. After calling many locations within the area another dealership told me this particular dealership had nitrous so I gave them a call. I told them our problem and they told us to bring it on in. Once we arrived the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We made ourselves comfortable in the lounge. We were expecting to spend a lengthy amount of time. We were so happy and thankful they got us in and back on our vacation in about 40 min. Thank you so much!

      Roughly 5 years ago I bought my first new car. It was a proud moment of building credit, and independence. I still drive it today. It is a 2014 Kia Sportage, AWD. A perfect safe fit for my family and at a decent price ($27k) for a new AWD vehicle. Also, an excellent choice for my long 60 miles a day round trip to work. Yes, it is great in these Northern Wisconsin elements. A few months ago I brought my car into Kia of Duluth, because of some recalls and my AWD quit working. After about an hour they informed me that the recalls have been corrected, but I need to come back to do a better diagnostic on the AWD. No big deal. A week later I bring my car there for 6 hours. I was told they dived in deep, took things apart, checked wires, and put it back together. It's a miracle, the AWD now works. I paid my $75 charge and went on my way quickly. Shoot, I thought that was one hell of a deal. Once driving back home (roughly 60 miles) I thought something doesn't seem right. I brought my car to the a local mechanic, explaining the situation. He told me your AWD is still not working, and they never took anything apart from the looks of it. Of course I called Kia immediately. The gentleman said, oh I miss informed you. They could not diagnose the reason my AWD does not work. Ummn, So now what? I mean, I bought and am paying for an AWD vehicle and not a front wheel drive car. I need a reliable vehicle. They dont know what's wrong and can't fix it...sorry....that's it? So here is my plea for help. What do I do? They did not return emails. Left me on hold, and they hung up after 30+ minutes. The latest was blocking me from Facebook. It should have been fixed under warranty. Ugh, this sure has been a horrible experience! I would NEVER recommend buying a vehicle from Kia of Duluth. Thanks, but no thanks.

      KIA of Duluth is awesome. I have been a customer for over 7 years and can honestly say that they are the best dealership in Duluth. The sales staff are friendly and honest, I have purchased 5 vehicles and have never had a regret. The sales and service department staff are top notch. They treat you like you are the most important customer they have. I strongly recommend KIA of Duluth!!!

      My husband knew he was dying from prostate to bone cancer. We needed a roomy vehicle to see his family one last time and were concerned for his comfort. He did not want any other vehicle than the 2015 sorento. The trip was a success I will never forget and the service since the spring of 2014 has been just how he would have liked it. The vehicle is adaptable and all the KIA Duluth feel like family to me. The vehicle and the staff get five stars from me.

      I went to Kia of Duluth every 500 miles for months so they could conduct a long-term oil consumption test to potentially use my powertrain warranty for an issue. The result was that it wasn't warrantied, but that wasn't even the problem. The problem was Kia of Duluth's utter lack of professionalism, communication, responsiveness, and their manager's defensiveness and aggression when questioned. I ended up relying on Kia of America's Consumer Affairs division to even get a call back from the dealer. Their service representatives incorrectly conducted this test for for months (which I only found out once they ultimately denied my claim), the service manager did not return phone calls, and I truly believe that their ineptitude and mishandling of my situation effected my chances of filing a warranty claim. If you have to work with their service department, document *everything* and rely on Kia of America early and often to hold them accountable. You can't trust their service representatives to do their job competently or look out for the customer's best interest.

      Friendly staff... just in for a oil change, ended up looking at the K5 "SHARP" and the salesman Ben almost made me realize I needed a new car. Great job explaining the new model of KIA.

      Horrible customer service. My fiance and I had an issue with our vehicle that is a 2020 kia soul and we are already having problems with it and the service manager was so rude to us and didn't even let us speak or say anything to him. I can see why this place has had quite the bad reputation, we will be glad when our lease is up. Basically tried telling us nothing was wrong and to go away. Which is a total lie, we drive the vehicle every day i think we would know. Horrible people to deal with!
