The Sierra Vista location is superb and I can't express my gratitude enough to Beatrix Villalobos who was absolutely amazing with the FSBO home I bought! The team at the SV location did a phenomenal job collaborating to ensure I was clearly informed throughout the entire process and always incredible at providing answers to questions and concerns. Everyone, especially Beatrix, was friendly and knowledgeable.

  Amazing team and group of people! We just purchased a new home and used Sunstreet to process our loan. They were fantastic from the get-go. The thing that I most appreciated from them is their constant communication with my wife and me to make sure that we had everything we needed to get the loan quickly.   I am in the process of buying my first home with the help of Sunstreet Mortgage. I cannot express in words what a wonderful experience this has been! The team members are some of the most professional and friendly individuals I have ever met anywhere. Dale helped me gather all of the financial documents required for the escrow. He was very patient and was very helpful and understanding. Wendy was able to lower the interest rate for my loan by half of a percentage point without me even having to ask. She is such a kind and personable person like I have never experienced anywhere before. I would highly recommend this marvelous team of friendly professionals to anybody.   I used Sunstreet Mortgage to purchase my investment property in Tempe. They offered excellent rates and closing costs compared to other lenders. Ed's team provided excellent customer service. They kept me updated throughout the loan process and responded quickly to any questions I had along the way. I was able to review and sign most of the needed documents online. If you are investing in Arizona, using a local lender is essential to avoid headaches. I plan to use Sunstreet Mortgage for my future investments as well. I highly recommend them!

  My Realtor referred me to Sunstreet Mortgage due to the first lender did not have low down payment programs because they were closed due to COVID. I immediately got a call from ED who was very kind and wasted no time in telling about the program all the while obtaining my information and getting me qualified at the same time. I knew what program I qualified for when the call ended. There was a point in the process where I thought that there were some issues and Ed called me directly to address my concerns. This is my first home and when I say that these guys worked diligently behind the scenes, I mean just that. I want to thank Ed and more importantly Dale for holding my hand and explaining documents or addressing my questions and keeping me updated in the process.   Phenomenal company, with top notch service and employees. My wife and I went to Ed Subia over a year ago to refinance our home and at that time he was honest with us and explained how we could improve our credit to get the best rate available.   Ed Subia and his team have worked really hard to help My Fiancée and I get our dream home! They are always there to answer all my questions, they respond to my phone calls and emails in a timely fashion. Dale Nickels updates me every week with what is needed and how the loan process is coming along. Junior Valenzuela is extremely helpful teaching me how to understand all the details of the disclosure documents. Everyone on team Subia has made it very easy to acquire our home.
