  This was by far the most stressful experience. Every day Nova wanted more copies of the same information. It got to the point where every time we got an email from Nova we said to ourselves "what do they want now". There was no communication at the start letting us know they would request the same information every week. So it just felt like what we sent was never good enough. We were even verifying employment AGAIN the day before closing. They made what should have been an exciting experience a nightmare. I've been actively telling friends and family to run far away from Nova.

  Chris Leon’s Team was oustanding to buy a mortgage from. They responded instantly to emails even outside buisness hours. I was very impressed by their knowledge of VA loans and how easy they are to work with. But mostly I was impressed by how crazy fast closing was. Highly recommended.
