  I waited for an hour to open an account a lady walks in sits down and the guy that does the accounts walked out and was going to help her first and asked me to wait again I told him no I have certain waited for an hour I'm not waiting anymore we took her over there because she didn't existing client and help her instead of helping me when I had sat there for over an hour and she had sit down 2 minutes no I will take my banking business elsewhere

  They haven’t been open for some reason it’s probably important but my problem is is that every time I come to check to see if they’re open they keep changing their hours online an messing up my schedule for responsibilities I need to do I’m sure other people are not to happy from what I’ve seen at the bank this week I just wish they would stop changing the hours on their website and just be straight up to when they’re gonna be open

  I have been banking here for a little over a year and have always gotten excellent service from tellers as well as the financial advisors. Usually helps if you call ahead and make an appointment if you need financial services. Always a line at the tellers on Monday morning.

  Skip it unless you have to go there. Employees aren't well trained and aren't pleasant. I was told I could exchange Pesos to dollars when I called to check. I was told I could. I said I didn't have an account there and was told that wasn't a concern. So, after waiting in line for 10 minutes and the asking about exchanging my money I was told I couldn't. I drove all the was across town, waited, and then wasn't helped. On top of that the cashier didn't apologize or seem as if she cared!

  Tellers move pretty quickly. But they never have more than 3 working, usually just 2. Line can get backed up, especially during peak times when they should have more tellers open. They're friendly and efficient enough. They never answer the phone. Never. I've called 20 times over the course of a week. Nothing but a machine. Place is conveniently located with a very big parking lot, 1 walk up ATM and 2 drive up ATM's. No drive up teller.

  Every Bank of America is supposed to have a notary working during business hours everyday. I know because I used to be a BoA employee. I called to confirm that the notary would be there. When I came in they were not in. This is the worst Bank of America branch I have ever had to work with. Way to be a let down...be better!

  Only good thing about this bank is 2 of their tellers. They are great. As for the rest of the bank, stuck up snobs. 15 people in line, 1 teller and 4 other employees walking around like they are too important to help. Bad for business.

  All I wanted was a routing number for my new opened 2/16/21 savings account at the Sierra Vista B of A branch on Frye Blvd. nowhere no one to give me it. Why isn’t it on my deposit slip generated at the bank teller.

  The staff is bilingual, which is necessary for my parents. The staff was helpful, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and prompt! How's that description?! Yes. We were impressed. This branch also offers tons of services and the location is extremely convenient, right off the main roads! Will return for sure.

  Gee where to begin. Want an appointment good luck you have to go in there to make an appointment cause they don't answer the phone ever... called and called and this location will ignore you all day long They dont care. Most employees at the bank won't even ask if you want help when you walk in Had to wait in line to make an appointment 3 days later.. very poor service at this location But the service at the wells Fargo in Sierra vista is light years ahead of BOFA here. Have an account their too and they answer the phone...
