  The customer service was exemplary, I would just recommend going elsewhere if you have somewhat decent credit. One main financial is okay, if you have the means to pay off the loans early. Besides that you're going to be paying them twice the amount of the loan you got. The customer service is excellent though.

  They treated me with respect and and not just. A number and helped me out with my refinance and got me a new mouthely payment that fits my budget. I is a great place to go if u need a loan

  Got sick, lost my job, asked for a loan, they said no. Got better, got a new job making $4000+ a month, asked for a loan to pay off overdue debts quicker, they said no. Super disappointed. I thought loan places were supposed to be there to help those in times of great need. Guess not. Like (almost )everyone else, money is all that matters I guess. Yes, it's a business, but I make more than enough money now to make payments back to them, so why a no? Will never, never ask OneMain again for a loan.

  I have had nothing but good people working to get me a loan every time I have gone to One Main Financial! Everyone is super friendly and a pleasure to work with. The terms of my loan are more then satisfactory and well within my budget.

  Everyone was very friendly and Professional even with this whole Covid 19 going on, they were on the ball and I got the money I needed quickly. I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

  Very disappointing experience. Went for a loan due to my wife having stroke in ICU They for proof of income I gave my SSI, Letter from workman’s comp Atty verifying income. They asked for bank statements showing these going into account which I gave. Because of Atty expense deductions of amounts checks varied the bank statements were not enough. Most disappointing experience supplied proof of income several times yet still denied.Advice.. try someone else.a lose lose experience.
